Description
Crystal Waters Suites is an accommodation located approximately 400m from the center of Nikiana and about 250m from the beach. It is one of the most luxurious properties on the island, built in 2018, modernly equipped and designed. It offers guests a beautifully landscaped courtyard, a restaurant, a reception with a lobby, a pool with a bar, and wireless internet.
The nearest store and bakery are 80m away.
There are 60 accommodation units (65-75m2) available for 2-5 people. The units are air-conditioned and equipped with a television, mini-bar, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, hotel cosmetics and clothing (shampoo, soap, body lotion, bathrobe, and slippers), safe, mosquito nets, anatomical mattresses, a bathroom with a hairdryer, and a terrace overlooking the sea, pool, or hill. A crib is available upon mandatory request when booking.
Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every other day.
The property has private parking.
Smoking is prohibited within all accommodation units.

Prices are per room per night on bed and breakfast (BB) basis.

- The remaining balance should be paid not later than 14 days before arrival.
- Prices in 5 Bed Suites refer to four persons.
- Minimum stay is 2-5 nights, depending on the period.
- Children aged 0-1,99 stay free of charge.
- The Executive Suite pool view, the Zen Suite with partial sea view, the Emerald Suite with
private pool partial sea view, and Armonia Suite sea view can accommodate 2 adults + 1
child up to 12 years old.
- Late checkout: from 12:00-18:00 50% on the already agreed rate will apply/ From 18:00 pm 100% charge
SUPPLEMENT
- Overnight stay tax is 0,50e per room per night. It's payable at the reception upon arrival.
- The additional child aged 2-11,99 years is charged 20€, per night.
- The additional person over 12 years is charged 30€, per night.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 50% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
