Our description
Crystal Waters Suites is the accommodation about 400m from the center of Nikiana and about 250m from the beach. It's one of the most luxurious facilities on the island, it was built in 2018, and it's modernly furnished and designed. It offers a beautifully landscaped courtyard, restaurant, reception with a lobby, pool with a bar and WiFi internet.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 80m away.
60 accommodation units (65-75m2) for 2-5 persons are in offer.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, mini-bar, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, hotel cosmetics and clothing (shampoo, soap, body cream, bathrobes and slippers), safe box, mosquito nets, anatomical mattresses, bathroom with hairdryer and a terrace overlooking the sea, pool or a hill.
Cleaning is performed every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced after two days.
Smoking is prohibited inside all accommodation units.
After entering Nikiana from the direction of Lefkas, continue for another 500m, then take a right after the bakery and gift shop Chriss. Continue uphill and 80m later you will reach Crystal Waters Suites.
This accommodation is an ideal choice for the most demanding travelers, looking for luxury accommodation and willing to pay a slightly higher price for their stay.

- Minimum stay is 2-5 nights, depending on the period.

private pool partial sea view, and Armonia Suite sea view can accommodate 2 adults + 1
child up to 12 years old.

SUPPLEMENT
- Overnight stay tax is 0,50e per room per night. It's payable at the reception upon arrival.
- The additional child aged 2-11,99 years is charged 20€, per night.
- The additional person over 12 years is charged 30€, per night.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 50% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
