La Signora Cofineta by Anita Holiday Homes is a studio of contemporary and elegant design located in the heart of the old town of Corfu, in one of its picturesque alleyways. The Mon Repos Beach is approximately 4km away.
This studio is spread over two levels and is intended for accommodation of two persons. On the upper level, which is at the level of the first floor and is not separated by doors from the lower level, there is a double bed. Upon request, a baby cot can be added.
The accommodation features air conditioning and a TV on both levels, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, toiletries, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a large oven, two hotplates, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower with a glass partition. The studio does not have a balcony.
Pets are not allowed. Parking is not provided and finding a free parking space in this central area can be challenging.
Guests are responsible for hygiene during their stay and they receive a clean set of bed linen and towels twice a week.

- Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
- During the period from April 1st to October 31st, it is mandatory for guests to pay a tax of 8€ per day of stay upon arrival at the accommodation, while during the period from October 1st to March 31st, the tax amount is 2€ per day of stay.
