Hotel Description

Petridis House is one of the most popular accommodations in Metamorfosi, surrounded by pine trees. It’s located in a beautiful and pleasant ambience, close to the beach and the center of the resort. The complex offers functional, well-equipped, comfortable and cozy accommodation units, and the owners will gladly meet your needs.

The beach is only 30m away, it is sandy, with large stones at the entrance to the water. It’s not organized, so guests can use their own equipment. The city center with the entire offer of this place is about 200m away. There are also a supermarket, taverns, pizzerias and a bakery nearby.

Petridis House consists of two buildings with a total of 25 accommodation units including four double rooms, four triple studios, and 17 quadruple apartments. In some of the quadruple apartments (on the first floor in the building B) an extra bed can be added, so they can accommodate up to five persons. In the building A (where also the reception is) there are 10 quadruple apartments, and in the building B, there are double rooms, triple studios and seven quadruple apartments.

Double rooms (19m2) are located on the front side of the building B on the ground floor (one step above the ground level), they have no private balcony and they have one double or two single beds. Triple studios are located on the backside of the building B, on the ground floor (two steps above the ground level), they have one double and a single bed, and enclosed terraces. In the apartments (33m2), there are possible combinations of double, single and sofa beds in two rooms.

Accommodation units have a hairdryer, SAT TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets and WiFi internet available in the rooms, but signal is better in the yard. Double rooms have only a fridge with a small freezer compartment, triple studios have a kitchenette, while the apartments have big refrigerators with freezer, kitchen utensils and hotplates. Balconies and enclosed verandas have sitting sets and drying racks. The bathrooms are equipped with cosmetics, shower tray, glassy shower cabin, or just tiles (one quadruple apartment in the building A). Bed linen and towels are replaced after four nights, and within the accommodation units, there are hygiene accessories so the guests can maintain the hygiene themselves. A washing machine is also available with an additional cost.

In front and behind the house, there’s a nice courtyard with lots of shade, gazebo, sitting area, barbecue, children’s playground and an outdoor shower. A large and fully equipped shared kitchen, on the ground floor of the building B, with a standard stove, is available to all guests, so those ones accommodated in the rooms without kitchen can count on it. Private parking is not provided, but there’s enough parking space in a surrounding area, so visitors of this accommodation had no trouble with parking so far.

After turning off from the main road to Metamorfosi, continue ahead towards the sea till the end of the street, and then continue left for about 150m until you reach the accommodation.

Petridis House is an excellent choice for families with children, because of the safe yard, vicinity of the beach and pleasant surrounding, as well as for couples who want to be near the center and a tourist offer of this resort.

Overall, I have no complaints about the apartment. I believe that the price is high in relation to its furnishings and the overall appearance of the apartment.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
