Description
Cleopatra Rooms is situated in the village of Nikiana, on the eastern coast of the island of Lefkada, 140m from the nearest beach of Limni and 800m from the town beach. The main street with several shops and restaurants is 250m away, as well as a small harbor with a large number of sailboats.
Within this accommodation, there are studios and apartments designed to accommodate three to five people, spread across three levels. Triple studios feature a double bed and a single bed, while the triple apartment includes a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the kitchen area. Apartments with a capacity for five people feature a double bed in the bedroom, while in the kitchen area there are either three single beds or two single beds and a folding extra bed. There is also an apartment with two bedrooms, each equipped with double bed, and a sofa in the living room.
A baby cot can be added upon request at no additional cost.
These air-conditioned units, with independent cooling units in the living room and bedroom in the apartments, offer guests a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, a kitchenette equipped with a large fridge with freezer, a stove with two or three burners and a small oven and a toaster. A washing machine is available only in the two-bedroom apartment.
Depending on the floor level of the unit, guests can enjoy the veranda or balcony furnished with seating sets.
In the paved yard, decorated with various flowers and trees, guests can enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends while their little ones play at the small playground.
Pets are allowed upon request at no additional cost.
Cleaning of the rooms during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
Guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation.
Cleopatra Rooms is located 30km from Aktion Airport in Preveza, 9km from the main town of Lefkada and 7km from the popular resort of Nidri.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
