Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Blue Dream Apartment, located in the peaceful area of Nikiana on Lefkada, is an ideal choice for couples, families, or friends looking for comfortable accommodation near the sea. It is just 410 meters from the beach, allowing you to easily enjoy the warm sun and crystal-clear sea, while all essential local amenities are nearby. The apartment is part of a well-maintained complex with a shared pool, sun loungers for relaxation, and a barbecue area, contributing to a pleasant and carefree holiday atmosphere.
The apartment, located on the ground floor, can accommodate a maximum of four adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for one person.
This accommodation offers air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. Guests also have access to free WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
