The apartment, located on the ground floor, can accommodate a maximum of four adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for one person.

This accommodation offers air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. Guests also have access to free WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
