Description
The Holidays Pension is located 120m from a small beach with round stones and easy access. It offers rooms, studios, and apartments that can accommodate two to four people. It is a decent accommodation, in a peaceful location, yet very close to the center and the events.
The pension is about 350m away from the center, 650m from the town beach in Vasiliki, and 2.5km from the fantastic beach Agiofili.
The nearest store and bakery are located 250m from the villa.
Pension Holidays offers the following accommodation units: double and triple rooms (without a kitchen) with a double bed, or one double and one single bed. Double studios (20m2) have a double bed, while triple studios (20m2) come with a double bed and a sofa bed (a mattress of almost standard dimensions), and one four-bed apartment (40m2) has a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, wireless internet, TV, bathroom, and a terrace with a sea view. Studios and apartments have a kitchen (stove with two burners and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment; only the apartment has a large refrigerator).
Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every fourth day of the stay.
Private parking is available, but there is not enough space for all guests. Near the villa, it is relatively easy to find parking, even during the season.
The accommodation has a small reception on the ground floor, where guests can contact the owners for assistance or information.
Pension Holidays is a good choice for all travelers who want decent accommodation in an ideal location, in a peaceful environment, but close to the center of the town.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
