Excellent. The location is perfect, just 30 seconds from the sea, at the edge of Lutsa Vrahos, very quiet. The apartments themselves offer a sea view and are clean; parking is under natural shade for each apartment.

The villa was right on the beach. We woke up to the sound of the waves in the room. The furniture was modest. We stayed in a four-bedroom apartment; it was spacious. A quiet and peaceful place. There was no cleaning service; on the fifth day we received clean sheets and towels. Decent.

An excellent accommodation with a phenomenal view of the sea. The apartment is comfortable, relatively new, but features an old bathroom. We were able to check in before the designated time, which meant a lot to us. The beach is nearby, and the sound of the waves can be heard 24 hours a day. The "center of activity" is about a 15-minute walk away. Ideal for families seeking a peaceful vacation. Vrahos is a lovely place and an excellent starting point for trips to Preveza, Lefkada, Parga, and the Acheron River…

Decent accommodation

The accommodation is situated in a fantastic location! The owners are incredibly kind and always willing to assist. We were thoroughly satisfied.

A man, two children, and I were accommodated on the top floor of a 3+1 studio. The studios may not be new, but they are clean and we had enough space, even though the children are quite large. The accommodation is in the attic, but it wasn't overly warm. The bathroom lacks a shower cabin, so everything gets wet after showering. The hosts are friendly, and despite the fact that they do not speak English (except for Joke), they make an effort to assist with everything. If you prepare your own meals, the kitchen is minimally equipped, but the stove is new and works well. The air conditioning is sufficient to cool the space; the screens are intact, and if you open the entrance door and the terrace door, you can create a pleasant draft, so the air conditioning doesn't necessarily have to be turned on. The place is quiet, the other guests are fine, and you will be able to rest and sleep well, of that I am sure. There is shaded parking available for all guests. Right below the villa, there is a snack bar with drinks and food that has sun loungers on the beach. The sun loungers are free of charge. The part of the beach directly below the villa is narrow and rocky, but if you head towards the center, the beach widens, there are no rocks, and the waves are smaller. This is our first visit to Vrahos, and it is certain that we will return.

Hygiene is the primary complaint. The dishes, stove, and kitchen surfaces should have been cleaner, and cracked or damaged plates should be replaced. With a small investment in the kitchen and bathroom areas, the overall impression could be significantly improved.

There was no change of bed linen, even though it was stated that it would occur halfway through the stay after five days. We requested clean towels after the holy day since they had not been changed on their own, and we received fresh towels after some difficulty in communication. Everything else was fine. The parking for cars is spacious, shaded naturally by grapevines.

The studio is new, clean, with a beautiful view where you can enjoy sunsets and the sight of the sea, falling asleep to the sound of the waves. It has a covered parking area. The beach in front of the villa is narrow, and upon entering, there are stones in the water, while at the other end of the beach, there are no stones. There are quite a few bugs, but that is to be expected due to the lush greenery, so perhaps those who are afraid should choose accommodation on the upper floor. We stayed on the ground floor in a renovated studio.

Villa To Pelagos in Vrahos is exceptional, offering a stunning view of the Ionian Sea. The service is excellent, with linen and towel changes every four days. The only challenge was communicating with the owner, as he speaks Greek and German. However, we managed with the help of Google Translate. Essentially, we would gladly return to the same accommodation.

We stayed in a 3+1 studio at Villa To Pelagos from July 18 to July 28, 2023. The overall impression is excellent; the only downside is that it is a bit far from the center of Vrahos, and object 2 lacks mosquito nets. Everything else was great, and we highly recommend it.

I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this villa. Everything is exactly as described on the website, and even better, thanks to the kindness of Jota and Dimitris, which enhances the overall positive impression. I am certain that we will revisit this villa and always gladly recommend it.

The host is kind.

Ten wonderful days in Vrahos, at the To Pelagios studio 3+1, an older building. The space is quite spacious for a studio, exceptionally clean, and all terraces overlook the sea. Even though we were on the top floor - the second floor, the insulation is excellent, so we only turned on the air conditioning three times. They have their own parking. The kitchen is modest, just enough for basic needs, not overly equipped. What I consider a drawback is the location, as the accommodation is at the beginning of the road when coming from Parga, and there are no markets or bakeries nearby, while better restaurants are on the opposite end, and the beach is nicer in the direction of Preveza. Additionally, we had to climb 64 steps (I counted), which we got used to after two days, but it might be an issue for someone to keep track of which floor their room is on. The biggest impression is made by the terrace with its priceless view.

The relationship between price and quality is outstanding; the terraces are excellent, as are the hosts, and they did not charge us for laundry services. The villa is located at the beginning of the beach, ensuring peace and quiet, away from crowds. It is ideal for a family vacation, and the beach is beautiful. We plan to return, but in a 3+1 room, as the sofa is unsuitable even for children.
