Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
One of the most popular accommodations for SartiTheodora Hotel is an ideal accommodation for those who'd like to stay in the first row to the sea and close to the center of Sarti. The hotel also has its own beach bar. Kind owners will do their best to save a parking spot for you.
The hotel is located in the old part of Sarti, just 40m from the beach and 80m from the central square and the closest grocery store. The city, sandy beach is across the street.
In the offer there are semi-based studios (few steps under the ground level) and studios on the first and second floor.
Studios (25m2) are equipped with one French and one single bed or three single beds (two joined together). Air-conditioned, they have TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, bathroom with hairdryer, kitchen and terrace. The kitchen is standardly equipped with hotplates and refrigerator. In the bathroom, there's a shower with curtain. Terraces on the first floor overlook the sea, and on the ground floor the street. Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days.
The safe box where guests can keep money and other valuables is available at the reception. A private parking doesn't exist, but there is a parking space nearby. As part of the accommodation, there's a beach bar where you can use an umbrella and sun beds with a purchased drink.
The hotel is located next to the beach, so it's best to enter Sarti on one of the first four entrances from the main road and continue towards the beach. A street along the beach will take you to the hotel.
Theodora Hotel is an excellent choice for all who'd like to be in the center of Sarti, in the first row to the sea.
