Our description
Yasemi Studios is located in the center, at about 250m from the marina and 300m from the big city beach. Facilities include WiFi internet, private parking, nice and spacious courtyard and a shared barbecue with sitting and dining set.
The nearest bakery and grocery store are at about 100m.
There are double studios with one double bed, quadruple studios with one double and a sofa bed, quadruple apartments with one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen part, as well as double and triple rooms with one double, or two or three single beds.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, a bathroom and a terrace, while the baby cot is available with a mandatory booking request. The studios and apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, while the rooms have a small fridge and a shared kitchen.
Cleaning is performed every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced done every third day.
After entering Vasiliki, on the first intersection continue straight ahead. Drive for 120m, turn to the first street on the right and 20m later you will see Yasemi Studios.

Owners description
Lefkada (Lefkas) is a green, verdant island of the Ionian sea. Some of the most beautiful beaches of the world lie along the west coast of the island. The famous Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Kathisma and the not so famous but equally beautiful Kalamitsi, Gialos, St. Nikitas. The island is connected to the mainland by the bridge.
Yasemi rooms and studios are situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Vasiliki and can accommodate 2-4 persons. They are comfortable, functional, and equipped with refrigerator, TV, air-condition, free WiFi internet, mosquito nets and a communal kitchen, while studios are further equipped with a small kitchen. There is a place for breakfast, BBQ in the garden and a private parking place.
A sandy beach is 100m from Yasemi. It is ideal for swimming and among the best beaches in the world for wind-surfing. Four more beautiful small beaches are within walking distance (around 1000m). One can also visit the famous beaches of Lefkas Porto Katsiki, Egremni and Kathisma on the west side of the island (about 30-minute drive).
Walking towards the tourist center of Vasiliki one can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pubs situated along the central road and the small port, in a maximum distance of 300m.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
