Our description
Villa Rania is located between Agios Nikitas and Kathisma Beach and is ideal for all travellers who want to spend most of their vacation on this beach. It has equipped studios that can accommodate up to 4 people, and guests have access to wireless internet, private parking, a small playground for children. The hygiene and service at the villa are at a very high standard.
Villa Rania is located about 1,5km from Agios Nikitas and about 1,5km from the fantastic Kathisma Beach. The nearest grocery store and bakery are in Agios Nikitas (1,5km).
Villa Rania has five very spacious triple studios, measuring about 38m2. They are equipped with one double and one single bed, with the possibility of inserting an extra bed (metal construction with a slightly thinner mattress).
All accommodation units have air conditioning, 43 inches smart android TV (satellite), kitchen (stove with oven, large fridge with chamber, filter and espresso maker, cooker, frappe mixer), bathroom with shower cabin and hairdryer and terrace. Wireless internet is available in all rooms.
Cleaning is done daily, and linen and towels are changed every third day.
The owners are welcomed with a few things in the fridge and in the bathroom to make it easier for them to arrive upon arrival.
At the reception, one of the owners is present at any time in order to be available to guests for any help and information.
The accommodation has private parking, large enough for all studios.
When driving from Lefkas, after 10km you will pass Agios Nikitas. After 1,5km driving, on the right side of the road, you will see tavern Marathes- next to this tavern is Rania Villa.

Owners description
Rania Apartments is the accommodation situated just 1,4km from Agios Nikitas village and 1,3km from the famous beach of Kathisma. Since our guesthouse is situated between Agios Nikitas and the beach of Kathisma, you can reach both of them by bicycle, making your vacations easy and comfortable, with no need to rent a car.
We have made a playground for the kids to make their rest pleasant and social, and your coffee carefree. We have managed to obtain a satellite programme for you and your children so as to give you the opportunity to enjoy your time when staying inside. The outdoor place is plenty enough so that you have your free parking and the comfort of having your coffee or breakfast outside. Full packed cable TV and coffee makers are available for our guests too.
We decided to activate an 18-hour reception, in order to help you with any requests you may have.

Overnight stay tax is included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
