Accommodation description

Rania Apartments is situated between the town of Agios Nikitas and Kathisma Beach, making it an ideal choice for travelers who wish to spend most of their vacation on one of the most beautiful beaches of Lefkada. The cleanliness and service are of a very high standard, while the rich and functional equipment is the greatest advantage of this accommodation.

The accommodation is located about 1.5km from Agios Nikitas and about 1.5km from the fantastic Kathisma Beach. The nearest store and bakery are in Agios Nikitas (1.5km).

Villa Rania has five spacious triple studios, approximately 38m2 in size. They are equipped with one double and one single bed, with the possibility of an extra bed (a folding armchair with an additional mattress), making them suitable for families of four.

All accommodation units are decorated in the same way and have a view of the street and the mountain, as well as a large balcony. Two studios are on the high ground floor level, and three are on the first floor. They have air conditioning, wireless internet, satellite TV, a hairdryer, and an iron. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob with four burners, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a frappe mixer, and a toaster. All units in the bathroom have a shower cabin.

A baby cot is available upon request.

Private parking is provided for accommodation guests. Within the fenced yard, with natural shade, there is a seating area and a children’s playground, as well as an outdoor shower.

Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every third day of the stay. Pets are not allowed. For additional guest safety, the yard is covered by video surveillance, and the accommodation units are equipped with smoke detectors.

The kind owners of this accommodation pay special attention to every detail to ensure a pleasant and carefree stay for guests. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with sweets and refreshments in the fridge, as well as a specially designed book with detailed information about the facilities of the accommodation and the place where it is located. A first aid kit is also available, further contributing to the sense of security during the stay. There is also a self check-in option.

At the reception, one of the owners is always available to assist guests with any help and information.
