** Savinos Rooms is a villa located just 60 meters from Pondi Beach. All 16 units have been recently renovated. In addition to the proximity of the sea and comfortable rooms, there is also a wireless internet and private parking. It offers beautifully landscaped courtyard that completes the experience.
The most beautiful beaches on the island, such as Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Kathisma or Milos beaches are located 25-45 minutes by car from this accommodation. **
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 100m away.
This villa offers guests apartments that can accommodate up to 4 people - ca 30m2, with a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa in the remaining, kitchen area.
In addition to the apartments we also offer studios of 18m2, with one double bed; as well as rooms, measuring 15m2, with a double bed.
All accommodation units have a terrace overlooking the sea or the mountain, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, plasma TV and air conditioning, safety box, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, all necessary utensils and utensils, as well as electrical appliances ( except for rooms, which have only a refrigerator and basic dishes).
The noise insulation throughout the property is at an exceptional level, so guests will not be disturbed by any noise.
Accommodation has a front desk, and the owners are at your service for any help or information.

Owners description
Savinos rooms are located 60m away from the sandy beach of Ponti, ideal for water sports, and only 1km away from the picturesque village of Vassiliki. Only a few meters away the visitor can find a wide variety of restaurants, café, surfing schools, a bakery and a mini market.
After our renovation, which was completed in June 2014, our customers can choose between our apartments with a separate living room with a sofa-bed and kitchen, rooms with a kitchen or just simple rooms. Our kitchens are all well equipped with oven, cooker, and of course with a complete kitchen cooking set.
In addition, in our apartments/rooms there is a led TV, refrigerator, air condition, safe box and a high-speed internet access.
All bathrooms have got a hair-dryer and a cabin shower. We also provide cleaning service.
There is also a quite big balcony with a great view to the sea or to the mountain in all rooms/apartments.
In a distance of 1.5km is located the port of Vasiliki from which you can easily reach Kefalonia island.
Next to our house, there is a bus stop from where you can catch a bus to the beautiful city of Lefkas or Nidri.
The nearest airport is in Aktio, Preveza, about 50km away from Vassiliki village.
For our customers there is a free parking area and we will be happy to inform you about the sights and the beaches of our island. We are looking forward to welcoming you in Vassiliki and make your holidays unforgettable.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
