** Savinos Rooms is a villa located just 60 meters from Pondi Beach. All 16 units have been recently renovated. In addition to the proximity of the sea and comfortable rooms, there is also a wireless internet and private parking. It offers beautifully landscaped courtyard that completes the experience. The most beautiful beaches on the island, such as Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Kathisma or Milos beaches are located 25-45 minutes by car from this accommodation. **

The nearest grocery store and bakery are 100m away.

This villa offers guests apartments that can accommodate up to 4 people - ca 30m2, with a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa in the remaining, kitchen area.

In addition to the apartments we also offer studios of 18m2, with one double bed; as well as rooms, measuring 15m2, with a double bed.

All accommodation units have a terrace overlooking the sea or the mountain, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, plasma TV and air conditioning, safety box, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, all necessary utensils and utensils, as well as electrical appliances ( except for rooms, which have only a refrigerator and basic dishes).

The noise insulation throughout the property is at an exceptional level, so guests will not be disturbed by any noise.

Accommodation has a front desk, and the owners are at your service for any help or information.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
