Our description
Villa Steven is located in Pondi, in a quiet location, just 100 meters from the sea. It offers studios and apartments that can accommodate 2-4 people. It has a courtyard with a summer house overlooking the bay and the neighboring islands. A parking lot is secured for all guests.
The beach is about 150m from the house and at about 100m is the closest restaurant.
The accommodation has in total 7 units, studios for 2-3 persons and apartments with two bedrooms for 4 persons.
Two double studios have 15m2, each with double bed. They have sea view and they are situated on the last floor. One three-bed studio, 38m2, has two single beds connected and one sofa for third person. It also has sea view.
Three apartments have 45m2 and one has 60m2. They all have the same schedule of beds- double bed in one bedroom and two singles in another bedroom. They all have sea view balcony.
From season 2022. there is also one more apartment in offer, it is on the ground floor, without view and it has 40m2. In bedroom there is a double bed while two single beds are in the living room (drawer bed). There is also a small kitchen and bathroom with a tub.
Bigger aparment has two bathrooms and two A/C. It has mountain view but also has a side sea view. Smaller apartments have one A/C in the hallway but also one TV per bedroom.
All units have hairdryer, mosquito nets, kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning and most of the units have terrace/porch with sea view. Apartments have oven, studios only hotplates.
Linen and towels are changed every three days while cleaning is done daily.
In addition to the seating area, there is a built-in barbecue with dining tables in the courtyard, so this is an ideal space for associating with other people, reading, or enjoying breaks from walking or swimming.
Parking is provided for all guests.
You will get to Villa Steven by entering Vasiliki, passing the SPetrol gas station, turning right at the first intersection and driving another 120m to the next intersection. Turn right towards the Pondi Beach, drive another 700m straight, until you come across Steven Studios on the right.

Owner description
Just 40 m from Vassiliki Beach in Lefkada, the traditionally built Steven offers self-catered accommodations with air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. A mini market and traditional taverns are found within short walking distance.
Featuring views to the Ionian Sea, all studios and apartments at Steven are bright and open to a common or private balcony. They offer a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette or kitchen with cooking hobs, while some have a mini oven.
Guests are welcome to use the BBQ facilities featured at the common balcony.
The scenic town of Lefkada is at a distance of 40km and Aktion National Airport is 60km away. Free private parking is available at a location nearby.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Svaka preporuka! Idealno za 4 osobe/2 para. Odlična lokacija unutar Vasilikija a i u odnosu na plaže na ostrvu. Vlasica je fina, svaki dan je apartman bio sređen (nova posteljina, peškiri, prostirka u kupatilu) uvek je bilo toalet papira. Klima rashladi ceo apartman. Imali smo problema sa klimom koji je bio sređen u rekordnom roku. Kreveti su udobni. Kupatilo prostrano. Odličan odnos cene i kvaliteta.

Po dolasku u smestaj docekala nas je vlasnica Natasa, ljubazno nas pozdravila i uputila u apartman koji se nalazio u potkrovlju, odseli smo u jedinici koja je imala dve spavace sobe i dva kupatila, odvojenu kuhinju sa trpezarijom, terasa je velika i okrenuta je ka planini, jedan manji deo terase ima pogled na plazu i setaliste. Terasa je nama bila odlicna jer je nismo delili sa drugim apartmanom. Sobe su prostrane, kupatila manja ali sasvim dovoljna. Za vreme boravka dani su bili izuzetno topli, ali s ozbirom da apartman poseduje dve klime nije bilo vruce, inace klime su hladile odlicno i nove su. Higijena je na jako dobrom nivou, devojka koja je bila zaduzena za ciscenje je dolazila svakodnevno i apartman je uvek bio cist. Za sve sto nam je eventualno zatrebalo Natasa je odmah izlazila u susret i uvek je na usluzi svojim gostima. Plaza je blizu ukoliko gledate sa terase, do nje se mozete spustiti dugackim stepenicama koje se nalaze iznad objekta ili ulicom ispod objekta, svejedno, brzo se stize do nje. Parking se nalazi preko puta objekta i ima dovoljno mesta za sve automobile. Nama je odmor protekao jako lepo i nismo imali problema, komaraca nema uopste. Definitivno bi se vratili ponovo u ovaj smestaj.

Prvi put letovali preko nikane, sve je onako kaojo je receno i dogovoreno. Cista desetka i za nikanu i za smestaj. Bez ijedne jedine zamerke. Smestaj je sasvim pristojan,cist,uredan. Ciscenje soba svakodnevno, posteljina i peskiri se menjaju na tri dan. Vlasnica ljubazna, nasmejana i naraspolaganju 24h. Jedno prelepo letovanje.
