Accommodation description
Accommodation Steven Studios is located in the village of Vasiliki, in the area of Pondi. Guests have at their disposal a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a gazebo, ideal for relaxation and enjoyment. The property is situated in a quiet and elevated location, away from the noise, and thanks to its position, it offers a beautiful view of the bay.
The town beach is just 100m away from the accommodation. The nearest store and tavern are located approximately 100m from the accommodation.
There are a total of eight accommodation units, of which only two do not have a sea view, spread across the ground floor, first floor, and attic.
Studios for two people (15m2) have one double bed, while in one studio there is a sofa bed where a small child can be accommodated. The studio for three people (35m2) has two connected single beds and a sofa for one person. The apartment for four people with a separate bedroom (40m2) has one double and one single bed, as well as a pull-out bed. Two-bedroom apartments that can accommodate four people (45m2) have one double and two single beds. There are three such units, while only one does not have a sea view. An apartment with two bathrooms and two bedrooms for four people (60m2) also has one double and two single beds.
All accommodation units have Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, a kitchen with a stove with two burners, a kettle, a coffee maker, while apartments also have a small oven. A baby cot is available upon request.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is done daily.
Parking for accommodation guests is provided.
Steven Studios is a pleasant accommodation option which, due to its proximity to the beach, stores, and taverns, as well as the landscaped courtyard with a gazebo and secure parking, represents an excellent choice for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, both for couples and families with children.

The accommodation is fantastic, and the hostess is too. It was the first time we stayed in accommodation where they tidied the room every day, cleaned, and took out the trash. Everything is clean and tidy. All praise! We will definitely come back again.
