Hotel Description

Villa Steven is located in Parga, in a quiet area, just 100 meters from the sea. It offers studios and apartments that can accommodate from two to four people. It features a courtyard with a gazebo, overlooking the bay and neighboring islands. All guests have access to a parking space.

The beach is 150m away from the accommodation, and the nearest restaurant is about 100 meters away.

There are a total of eight rental units spread across the ground floor, first floor, and attic.

There are studios for two to three people and apartments with two bedrooms for four people. Two double studios have an area of 15m2 and a double bed. They are located on the top floor and offer a sea view. One triple studio covers 38m2 and includes two connected single beds and a sofa for one person. It also has a sea view and is positioned on the first floor.

Three apartments are 45m2 in size, while one is 60m2. They have the same bed layout - a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other. All have sea views.

The 60m2 apartment has two bathrooms and two air conditioning units. It offers a view of the mountain, with a partial view of the sea. The 45m2 apartments have one air conditioning unit in the hallway and a TV in each bedroom.

Starting from the 2022 season, there is also a ground floor apartment with a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds (trundle bed) in the living room. This apartment covers 40 square meters, a small kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a terrace with seating area (but no view).

All units are equipped with a hairdryer, mosquito nets, kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and most units have a terrace/balcony with sea views. Apartments have ovens, while studios have only stovetops.

Bedding and towels are changed every three days, with daily cleaning.

In addition to the seating area, the courtyard features a built-in barbecue with dining tables, making it an ideal space for socializing, reading, or enjoying breaks from walks or swimming.

Parking is provided for all guests.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
