We stayed in room number 8, which features a double bed and a spacious terrace with a view of the sea. We have already recommended it to friends. The accommodation is very close to the city beach, as well as the main road for exploring the island. The place is peaceful and offers ample amenities (shops, bakeries, restaurants...), and we often strolled to the more popular Vasiliki. The view is stunning, privacy is assured, and the air conditioning is included in the price, unlike some Greek accommodations where it incurs an additional charge. The room is cleaned daily, the bed is made, dishes are washed, and halfway through our stay, we received fresh towels. Nataša (the host) is very kind and communicative. Highly recommended! Excellent value for money!

I wholeheartedly recommend this place! It is ideal for four people or two couples. The location is excellent within Vasiliki, as well as in relation to the beach on the island. The owner is very kind, and the apartment was cleaned daily (new linens, towels, bath mat), with toilet paper always provided. The air conditioning cools the entire apartment efficiently. We encountered a problem with the air conditioning, which was resolved in record time. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious. There is an excellent price-to-quality ratio.

Upon our arrival at the accommodation, we were warmly greeted by the owner, Nataša, who kindly welcomed us and guided us to the apartment located in the attic. We settled into a unit that featured two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a separate kitchen and dining area. The terrace is spacious and faces the mountain, while a smaller section of the terrace offers a view of the beach and promenade. The terrace was perfect for us as we did not share it with another apartment. The rooms are spacious, and although the bathrooms are smaller, they are entirely sufficient. During our stay, the days were exceptionally warm, but thanks to the two air conditioners in the apartment, it was never too hot; the air conditioners worked excellently and are new. The hygiene was at a very high level, with the cleaning lady coming daily to ensure the apartment was always clean. For anything we might have needed, Nataša was quick to assist and was always available to her guests. The beach is nearby; from the terrace, you can descend via the long stairs located above the property or take the street below the property; either way, you reach it quickly. Parking is available across from the property, with ample space for all vehicles. Our vacation was truly enjoyable, and we encountered no issues; there were no mosquitoes at all. We would definitely return to this accommodation.

This was our first time vacationing through Nikana, and everything was exactly as promised and agreed upon. A perfect ten for Nikana and the accommodation. There are no complaints whatsoever. The apartment's interior is well-maintained, with attention given to every detail, and the air conditioning is included at no extra charge! Parking is provided for villa guests. My car ended up at a nearby service, and Natasa called several times to help me resolve the issue as quickly as possible! We will definitely return to this accommodation if we decide on Vasiliki, and all signs point to that happening after our visit to Lefkada! The accommodation, as well as Vasiliki itself, is the best location for exploring the most beautiful beaches on the western coast of Lefkada! The beach in Vasiliki is about 100 meters away, and the long entrance with shallow water can be a good option for children, so you need not worry. It is important to note that there are many sailboats due to the organized sailing schools for which Vasiliki is known! A lovely promenade leads to the town center! I found no flaws regarding the accommodation!

The lodging is beautifully furnished, situated in an excellent location, and offers a stunning view. The maintenance of cleanliness and the replacement of towels and linens are at the highest level. The best accommodation I have experienced in Greece thus far, spacious rooms with decent bathrooms, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. They clean the rooms daily and change the sheets and towels every three days. I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, and I found everything I needed there (a large fridge, even dish soap in the kitchen). The main deck offers a lovely view of the sea, complete with a barbecue and several tables, making it the perfect gathering spot for our three families. The top floor does get warm, but it is far better than what we encountered at other places.
