Everything felt like a dream, beautiful and fleeting. It was a pleasure to meet Kris, the owner of the apartment, with whom we shared many common views of the world. The apartments are perfect for those seeking space, freedom, and exploration, as Hanioti, Pefkohori, and Polihrono are just about fifteen minutes of easy driving away. All praises!

Overall, the place was clean and tidy. The basic inventory was available. As for the drawbacks, the only issue we could point out is that there were only two functional outlets in the accommodation.

The internet is nonexistent, despite claims to the contrary. There is no kitchenware in the apartment... The hygiene is satisfactory.

The criticism bore fruit! We stayed at this accommodation during July 2022. Upon our arrival and during the first few days, we were met with unpleasant surprises. However, after I left a comment, Nika's team responded immediately (kudos to them), they communicated with us and the apartment owners, and many issues were resolved! When we arrived, there was no internet, but it was fixed after three days. Like in most accommodations in Greece, this is not a connection you can always rely on for serious matters, especially not in the evening hours when everyone logs on to that internet. If you need reliable internet during your stay in Greece, you can connect to the Cosmote network, where for €12 you get unlimited internet for a month. You need an old phone to insert the SIM card, which serves as your internet router. You can purchase this internet package at any Germanos and Cosmote stores. Additionally, there was no hot water for the first three days; the entire complex relies on solar energy for heating water, so due to a few bad days (rain, clouds...), there was no hot or even lukewarm water at all. When it is sunny, you can count on hot water during the day, while in the evening, lukewarm water is available, which is perfectly fine for showering. The owners should consider a backup heating system using regular electricity when the solar system does not have enough capacity due to weather conditions. When the weather is good, everything is within normal limits. Following our criticism (review), the landlady responded and provided the necessary dishes, which is normal, unlike what awaited us, along with an apology for the shortcomings we encountered upon arrival. It is somewhat strange that they do not provide even basic items in the apartment, knowing how many guests are arriving, so you must request every little thing (glasses, cups...). I hope they will improve this as well. The apartments are oriented on both sides, with one part facing the main road and the other towards the sea. If you are on the second floor, you have a sea view from the terrace; I cannot speak for the lower levels. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, larger than average in Greece. In the street-facing part, you have 2-3 beds and a mini kitchen area, and after the bathroom, there is another section with 2 beds and a terrace facing the sea. Bedding and towels are changed every 5 days. You have a ten-minute leisurely walk to the beach. The sea is about 300m from the accommodation, but those are not swimming beaches. You receive a complete set of sun loungers and umbrellas for two or more drinks at that establishment. Additionally, there is enough space to set up your umbrellas and other furniture. Parking is available next to the apartments on the meadow adjacent to the property. Nea Skioni is a small fishing village with several markets offering reasonable prices, one bakery, a few fishmongers (one offers service for preparing fish and seafood), and 7-10 tavernas and restaurants, along with one pastry shop. There is not much active evening and nightlife entertainment.

An excellent location (personal rating). Neat and clean. Every day, the terrace in front of all the apartments is cleaned and wiped down. Therefore, it is hygienically outstanding. Peace and quiet for those who seek it. The city beach is quite acceptable, but there are also excellent beaches nearby that are just a short drive away. Overall, I highly recommend it. :)

The apartments lack even the most basic equipment. There are no cups, cutlery, or plates for all guests. There are no pots, nor dish racks. There are not enough towels. We were told to search for these items individually, but I do not understand why everything must be sought separately when the reservation indicates how many people are coming. There is no hot water, which is the biggest issue; yesterday we had to shower with cold water, and the children froze... It is far from the beach; 300 meters is not even a straight line, but at least a 10-minute walk. They are spacious, which is a positive aspect.

We just arrived at the accommodation today. Let me immediately state that no one should be misled. Aside from the spaciousness of the apartment, everything else is shameful. There is no hot water for showering! The internet exists, but it does not work. The kitchen is devoid of any utensils. We received a burner to cook on, as if we were camping. We sought any pot to boil sausages, and were given a completely burned and scratched one. They say to ask for anything you need, but when you do, you receive nothing. When you report the lack of hot water, the landlady tells you to wait about ten minutes, and nothing happens. The accommodation is right next to the main road. There is no mosquito net on the terrace doors. It is a disgrace for you to list such accommodations on your website. This is not recommended in any regard. This should be avoided.

The apartment is located next to the road, and if the window on that side is open, it can be quite noisy. It is far from the center and the beach. The beds are rather firm and uncomfortable.

The apartments are clean and spacious, which is the only positive aspect. One side faces the main road (it is noisy at night, making it impossible to sleep with the windows open), while the other overlooks the sea. The kitchen lacks utensils; for even the smallest things, you have to search - for instance, there are three spoons and forks, two coffee mugs, and four glasses... The courtyard is not utilized, as it is reserved for the hosts - from the terrace, you can watch people in the neighboring apartment sitting in the shade, playing basketball, enjoying themselves, and socializing. Overall, it's not bad, but it could be much better; if only some of the shortcomings (e.g., the 15-minute walk to the beach) were compensated with additional amenities that are currently lacking.
