Hotel Description

Efi’s House is located at about 300m from the sandy beach, located in a very quiet part of Toroni, in a beautiful courtyard with seating furniture, hammocks, lots of natural shade and facilities for children. It is one of the most popular accommodation in Sithonia which provides nice and pleasant vacation to the guests and its ratio of price and quality is excellent.

First market and tavern are about 350m from the accommodation.

The house was built in 1987 and it has been renovated several times, the last time in 2016. It consists of four quadruple studios (17m2) on the ground floor. Three studios have one double bed narrower than standard and two bunk beds, while the fourth has one double bed narrower than standard and a single bed with a drawer bed.

All studios have garden view, which is fenced and full of natural shade. Barbecue, as well as parking, are on guests’ disposal.

The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, mosquito nets, bathroom and a kitchen with a large fridge with freezer and a hot plate. They have terraces separated by dividers, but if two families or friends stay in the studios located one next to another, the barrier can be removed so they can share the terrace. Bed linen and towels are replaced after five days.

In order to reach Efi’s House, when you enter Toroni, drive the main street by the beach and before the Vuthos bar, turn right and continue to drive straight on the dirt road. After 300m you will see the accommodation.

It’s ideal for families seeking peaceful accommodation. The owner is very kind and always ready to help her guests.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
