An outstanding accommodation, exceptionally clean, located just 2 minutes on foot from the beach. A beautiful garden adorned with numerous decorations, tables, hanging loungers, and lovely plants. The owners are very kind and communicative, truly good people. The accommodation is also pet-friendly; our dog accompanied us and was adored by everyone, with no issues whatsoever. Additionally, there is a secured covered parking area for cars behind the accommodation. The bathroom is splendid, the kitchen is fully functional, and the room is clean and tidy, with quite solid beds. The internet works perfectly.

Everything is just as others have described, a little paradise on earth. The house is situated in a beautiful olive grove, and the yard is enchanting. Sofia welcomed us with coffee and various treats, and they were exceptionally kind to everyone. The room is perfectly sized for a summer vacation. It has everything you need. The beach is not far away; you can reach it very quickly. I would come back again next year.

I spent ten days with my family at Efi's house accommodation in the second half of June 2023, and we were extremely satisfied with both the accommodation and the yard, as well as the hosts. We have never experienced such a warm and friendly welcome from the hosts – starting with coffee, honey brandy, orange marmalade, juice, and croissants, everything we asked for was readily available. The hosts are approachable and not intrusive. Sofia is a very kind and cheerful woman. The yard is lush with greenery, flowers, and olive trees, kept clean and maintained daily, and it is arranged like an oasis that has space for everyone staying in the house. Every part is meticulously designed and decorated, with ample space and amenities for children. The studio is small but sufficient and harmoniously furnished, equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The location is suitable for those who wish to escape the street noise of cars and voices, just two minutes from the beach, perfectly complementing the peace and quiet during the stay, enhancing the feeling of rest and relaxation. The accommodation is also pet-friendly, with more than enough parking spaces available. The price-quality ratio is absolutely justified. All in all, a beautiful vacation and days spent at Efi's house, highly recommended for anyone wishing to spend their summer holiday in Toroni, a place with a stunning beach, sea, and sunsets.

The accommodation is excellent for families with children. The yard is beautiful, featuring sun loungers, swings, and seesaws; a true paradise for kids. We went with three children and truly had a relaxing time. We have no complaints; we had a wonderful stay! People often have varying expectations, so perhaps someone might find something to criticize, but we genuinely had nothing to say against the accommodation. Everything is clean and tidy, towels and linens are changed every five days, and if you wish, it can be done earlier. Air conditioning is included in the price, parking is available, and the beach is 300 meters away. The landlady is very kind. Highly recommended!

An ideal accommodation for families with small children. The apartments are relatively small, yet entirely sufficient for normal living. The separate kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities. A significant advantage is the vast courtyard, which is beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained, complete with seating and lounging furniture. Another section of the courtyard is dedicated to the little ones, filled with three swings, a slide, and other play equipment for children's enjoyment. The beach, located just a 5-7 minute walk away, is yet another benefit that families with young children will surely appreciate. The beach itself is stunning, spacious, uncrowded, with clear, warm water, and beneath your feet, you will find lovely fine pebbles (smaller than peppercorns). A multitude of cafes and restaurants, along with shops offering assorted goods along the promenade, allows for seamless enjoyment during your stay. The owners are unobtrusive, friendly, and extremely approachable. Overall, a truly delightful experience at Efi's house in Toroni. Highly recommended.

Toroni, a tranquil place with a beautiful city beach that is not overcrowded. The Efis house accommodation is situated at the end of a street in the central part of Toroni, surrounded by a lovely courtyard filled with shade. The studio is small, yet it has everything one needs. The owners are exceptionally kind and unobtrusive. It comes highly recommended for families with young children.

A small, intimate accommodation with four studios, located at the end of the street, surrounded by olive trees... The courtyard is exceptionally beautiful and tastefully arranged, with a sunbed or chair at every corner... plenty of toys for children... everything is fenced, allowing you to let the kids play while you enjoy a beer on a sunbed under the olive tree... The accommodation units are relatively small, but they are compact, everything is in its place, clean, tidy, and beautifully arranged. The beach is accessible via a dirt path, realistically a five-minute leisurely walk... unless you are carrying equipment and small children (in which case I recommend driving, loading everything into the trunk)... the path is quite dusty, but there isn’t much traffic... the only issue arises when it rains or if the surrounding houses get too saturated with water, creating a larger amount of mud which can be problematic if you have a stroller with a baby... The landlady Sofia and her daughter Efi are very kind, they speak English, and the landlord is a former state official :-), so it feels quite safe... there is also a cute dog named Snupi... You can park your car behind the house in the olive grove if you go out multiple times a day or in the yard (the gate is quite narrow)... Overall, it has everything you need for a pleasant vacation. This accommodation is mainly chosen by families with small children, so if the noise and commotion bother you... head down to the beach :-) The only downside, but perhaps a very important one for some... MOSQUITOES... this specifically has nothing to do with the accommodation, they are everywhere... a lot... like on Ada Ciganlija in the evenings in May, just before the fumigation starts. These are tiny mosquitoes, hard to notice, but they bite like lions :-) If you are allergic, be sure to bring some medication. In the courtyard and accommodation, there are some spirals that can be lit to slightly reduce their aggression... but... in principle, there is no force that can help! I tried everything I knew, from vinegar, garbage, sprays, rakija... they tore me apart, over 40 bites on both legs... A stream flows behind the house.

I highly recommend this accommodation, especially for families with children. The studio is clean, and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a 12-day vacation: plates, glasses, everything is new and intact. The bathroom is the best of all the accommodations I have experienced so far, featuring a large shower cabin, and everything is impeccably clean. The studio itself is a bit smaller, which is not a drawback since we spent most of our time in the courtyard. And the courtyard is a story of its own, much more beautiful than in the pictures. When I looked at the pictures before arriving, it seemed somewhat simple, but in reality, it is full of details, on the trees, on the grass, on the paths. Every day, leaves are gathered in the courtyard, and you receive a gift of olive oil, olives, and a small cream as a balm for the skin. A grill is available, parking is secured in the courtyard, and there are enough chairs for all guests, swings for the children, and I enjoyed my morning coffee in the courtyard (perfect). The dusty road mentioned runs beside the house, but it doesn't raise much dust since you cannot drive fast due to the bend. Behind the house, there is an olive grove, owned by the hosts, where you can also park your car without entering the courtyard. The hosts are wonderful, unobtrusive, selling olive oil and honey, all made by themselves. The beach is just a 3-4 minute leisurely walk with a small child, and it is one of the nicer city beaches, boasting the most beautiful sunset (equally lovely as in Posidi). Now, a bit about Toroni; we visited in September, and the weather is ideal for small children, as we hardly used the umbrella during the day, but the evenings are cool. The offerings in Toroni are somewhat scarce, as a canal divides it into two parts, and it is a pity that there is no better-developed promenade; the beach is beautiful everywhere, and the water is calm and warm, unlike in Sarti, where the wind created chaos on the beach during those days. If I were to return to Toroni, it would definitely be to Efis house. If you have a car, be sure to visit Porto Koufo, a small harbor with good fish restaurants (the prices are reasonable), and that is where we also bought fresh fish for grilling.

It has been a year since I have been here!

I can only express my praise. The accommodation is far more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The garden is surreal. The distance of about 200 meters from the beach is barely noticeable compared to the peace, quiet, and relaxation that the accommodation offers. The hostess Sofia is a wonderful person who, as we have personally witnessed, gifts all her guests a bottle of olive oil, a jar of olives, and honey... We have not encountered such a thoughtful gesture in any accommodation in Greece until now. All in all, a solid ten.

A very pleasant accommodation in a quiet and somewhat secluded part of Toronto. This location offers a sense of tranquility; however, since it is situated in the central part of the bay, you can reach the most beautiful beaches in Toronto in just a few minutes. The owners of this villa are a unique story; I have never met anyone so kind and accommodating as them. Sofia, Efi, Christos, and of course Snupi are people (and a dog :)) ) to whom you simply must return.

Everything in the pictures looks even better! We haven't stayed in a better accommodation in Greece, nor have we encountered kinder hosts. We even received a gift: olive oil, a jar of olives, cream, pastries, corn, and tomatoes! Highly recommended, you won't regret it. We are also considering returning to the same accommodation next year, or at least in a few years.

The best accommodation we have experienced so far. It is clean, tidy, and furnished with new furniture. The kitchen contains everything necessary, including a large refrigerator with a freezer, and there is more cookware than one could need. They have a beautiful, spacious yard where children can play freely. I would especially like to commend the hostess who warmly welcomed us and took care of everything during our stay.

An exceptionally beautiful accommodation with a spacious yard and parking space. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the hostess is outstanding. This is the best accommodation I have experienced so far. The only downside is that the beach is 3-5 minutes away, but that's not a major issue.

We stayed at this accommodation in the first half of September. In our opinion, it is one of the most beautiful places we have visited. The house consists of four studios, a separate bedroom, an entrance hall with a kitchen, and a bathroom. The bathroom features a bordered bathtub, rather than a shower in the middle like in most places. There are mosquito nets everywhere, and everything you need is available. The house is entirely built from a combination of wood and stone. The yard is incredible, a story in itself. There are numerous benches, chairs, loungers, details, and trinkets, all tastefully crafted and maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere in every part of the property. The shade under the olive trees is delightful; the fruit is still green for picking, but the scent that lingers is something that can only be found by the sea. The landlady, Sofia, is an amazing woman, always there whenever needed, cheerful, loves to play with the children, regularly changes the linens and towels, and is ready to assist with anything required. We felt sad when it was time to leave for home :) All in all, a beautiful accommodation, not too far from the beach, about 200-300m, which is better due to traffic and noise. We recommend it to anyone who values a peaceful vacation and a lovely atmosphere, even when not at the beach.

The yard is much more beautiful than the pictures can convey. The tranquility, the scent of olives, and the rustle of reeds are the most delightful memories I will cherish. The accommodation is exceptionally good, tastefully furnished with basic furniture and a new kitchen. The apartment is clean, and the linens and towels are changed every 3 to 4 days. The owners are incredibly hospitable and always willing to assist. Next to the house, there is a spacious yard with plenty of shade and amenities for children. The beach is close enough to reach the apartment quickly.

We stayed in this accommodation for 12 nights from September 11th to 23rd, and we have nothing but praise. When we arrived on Sunday morning, the accommodation was fortuitously ready for us. We were delighted that the owner, Mrs. Sofia, welcomed us with homemade coffee and sweets after our long journey. The yard is beautiful, tidy, and filled with an abundance of flowers and greenery. The tree in the yard provides excellent shade where you can relax. The yard is enclosed, allowing you to let your children play freely while you attend to your tasks in the apartment. Behind the yard, there is a canal surrounded by reeds, which rustle in the wind, creating a zen atmosphere. It is completely peaceful, with only the occasional sound of a rooster, donkey, or the clattering of goats grazing on the nearby hills in the distance. The accommodation is not large, but it is very tidy and clean. The linens and towels are regularly changed. Everything is new, and the kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and dishes, as is customary in apartments. The terraces of the accommodation are not large and lack privacy since they are adjacent to each other, but we preferred to spend our time in the yard anyway. The house is not close to the beach, but I think that’s better because it offers more peace and quiet, and the beach can be reached quickly via a dusty road that rarely sees vehicles, making it very safe to walk to the beach with children. Mrs. Sofia is wonderful, unobtrusive, but always available if you need anything. We give our highest rating to this accommodation, and if we have the chance, we would come back to this house.

The beach has sand or the finest pebbles, which keeps the towel completely clean, incredible! The hostess, Sofia, is a warm, approachable, and cheerful lady who has arranged everything so that you feel at home. We had a perfect vacation, and we will definitely return to this accommodation, perhaps as soon as next year. :)
