Karanikoli Villa is a spacious apartment for rent located in a quiet street in Nea Peramos. It is only 180m away from the city beach and the city center, while the Masoutis supermarket is about 600m away.

The 80m² apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to seven people (four adults and three children). It consists of two separate bedrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two joined single beds. The living room has bunk beds and two sofas. It should be noted that the furniture is somewhat dated.

Guests have at their disposal air conditioning, TV, internet, a hairdryer, as well as mosquito nets on all windows. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and a stove with an oven. The bathroom has a bathtub. The balcony features a table and chairs and overlooks the street.

For reservations longer than seven nights, bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, and they have the necessary equipment and cleaning supplies at their disposal.

Parking can be found on the street where the property is located or in the surrounding streets.

An apartment with two bedrooms, in an excellent location in terms of proximity to the beach and the center. Triple-sided orientation, on the first floor. The furniture in the living room is older. Overall, a very good apartment.

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
