Dimitria Hotel is located in Leptokarya, a peaceful resort on the coast of the Aegean Sea, ideal for a family holiday. The hotel enjoys an excellent location between the sea and Mount Olympus, in the heart of the Olympus region. Guests are offered clean and well-appointed studios, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Leptokarya is known for its wide sandy beach and crystal-clear sea. The area offers plenty of amenities for children, such as play areas and amusement parks, as well as opportunities for excursions to nearby cultural and historical landmarks.

The hotel offers two single rooms and studios suitable for a minimum of one and a maximum of four people. Each studio includes a kitchenette equipped for preparing light meals and a private bathroom. Depending on capacity, studios are equipped with one to four single beds.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers free WiFi, satellite TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchenette with two hotplates (except in single room), a standard fridge with freezer compartment, and an electric kettle.

Depending on the floor the unit is located on, guests will have access to either a balcony or a veranda, both furnished with seating—perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.

Cleaning is provided daily, while linen and towel changes are done every four days.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
