Lia Apartments is the perfect choice for guests seeking a peaceful vacation with a magnificent sea view. The accommodation is located in the tranquil village of Nea Fokea on the Kassandra peninsula.
The property consists of two four-bed apartments on the high ground floor level (40m2), each equipped with one double bed and two sofas for one person, or a child. As well as one attic apartment (70m2) with two separate bedrooms with double beds. In this apartment, the ceilings are sloped, with lower parts. All units are intended for a maximum of two adults and two children.
All apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets on windows, television, free internet, and a hairdryer. The kitchen includes a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The four-bed apartments have two burners, a microwave oven, and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathrooms in these apartments are equipped with a shower cabin and a washing machine. While the two-bedroom apartment features a large oven with four burners, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
The four-bed apartments have a shared balcony, while the 2 Bedroom Apartment has a private balcony. All balconies are furnished with seating sets and offer a sea view.
Within the courtyard, there is a shared barbecue available for use with prior approval from the owner. There is also a private parking area with a limited number of spaces. Guests can also park on the street near the accommodation, where there is usually enough free space.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Cleaning, as well as towel and linen replacement, are done upon guests’ request.

Everything was excellent, with the proximity of the beach and the market. The accommodation itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything necessary for a family. From the location, it was easy to reach other nearby beaches quickly.

We were accommodated in a four-bed apartment, one of two available on the ground floor. The terrace is huge with an unreal view of the sea. Excellent accommodation, but the price is really high; at this price we would not come back to the same place, even though everything was perfect.

- Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
