Lia Apartments is located in Nea Fokea on Kassandra and has a wonderful view of the sea, which is only 30 meters away from the accommodation.
It offers apartments with one bedroom and are suitable for three to five people.
Apartments on the ground floor can accommodate up to 5 people and have one separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa for two people in the living room, with the possibility of adding an extra bed.
They are air-conditioned and fully equipped, they have mosquito nets and a baby cot is available on request. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a cooker, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, large fridge with freezer, as well as two hotplates and a dishwasher.
The bathroom has a shower cabin, and both apartments have a washing machine.
The verandas of the apartments are equipped with seating set and one rocking chair and have a beautiful view of the sea.
The apartment in the basement of the building has capacity for two adults and a child. It has a double bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa in the kitchen area. The ceilings are slanted and partly lower.
The apartment is air-conditioned and fully equipped, it has mosquito nets and a baby cot is available on request. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a cooker, coffee machine, toaster, large fridge with freezer, as well as four glass ceramic hobs and a large oven.
There is a bathtub in the bathroom.
The terrace of the apartment is equipped with seating set and has a beautiful view of the sea.
The parking lot is along the street and there are always free spaces, and the owner also provides a barbecue upon request.
Cleaning is done halfway through the stay, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The accommodation is open all year round and pets are allowed.
The nearest beach is only a few steps away from the accommodation and is sandy.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, da li imate app sa odvojenim sobama za 2 odraslih i 2 djece od 17 i 14 godina u periodu 24.06 do 01.07.? Da li imate obezbjedjen parking?

Poštovani, da li je ovaj smještaj slobodan u terminu 24.6-02.07.24 za petočlanu porodicu( dvoje odraslih i djeca uzrasta 17,15 i11 godina) Da li u smještaju ima dovoljno posuđa i escajga ili moramo nešto ekstra donositi sa sobom?
