Accommodation description

At the foot of Mount Olympus and on the coast of the Aegean Sea, in the famous resort of Olympic Beach in the region of Pieria, lies Maria Villa. The sandy and organized beach is located 200m away, while the central square with a pedestrian zone and a large number of restaurants and cafes is 400m away.

In the courtyard, there are two buildings that contain studios and apartments spread over the ground floor and three upper floors. Studios on the ground floor, first, second and third floor are intended for accommodation for two or three people and contain a double bed and an additional single bed. The apartments are located on the first and second floor and contain two bedrooms with double bed and single bed in each, so they can accommodate up to four adults or two adults and up to three children.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and contain a smart flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, a hob with two burners and a small fridge with a freezer compartment in the studios or a large fridge with a freezer in the apartments.

Depending on the floor level, guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda or balcony, which are equipped with seating furniture and offer a side view of the sea from some units.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, while a clean set of bed linen and towels is provided every seven days through their stay.

Guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding streets.

Maria Villa is located 101km away from Thessaloniki Airport and 35km from the resort of Leptokarya.

Dear Sir/Madam, the impressions are excellent. Elena is a wonderful woman and an outstanding host. The accommodation is tidy and clean. Nikana is magnificent, very azure, all praise. The place is quiet, cozy, everything is here. A pleasant stay.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, the building is well-maintained and clean. Parking is available on the street without any issues. The hosts are friendly and very flexible. The downside of the two-bedroom apartment is the inadequate bathroom, which is completely unsuitable for a family.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
