Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
One of the most popular accommodations for Skala PotamiaElisavet Villa is located in a very quiet place outside the noise, but near the center of Skala Potamia, promenade and the beach. The accommodation is regulary maintained, and it has fenced courtyard under the shade with stone barbeque and sitting sets for guests.
The accommodation is in the city center of Skala Potamia, where you can find markets, fast-food restaurants, and coffee shops. Sandy city beach with a long shallow water is 200m far away.
The accommodation has been completely renovated for the 2025 season and consists of five accommodation units - two studios (24m2), a one-bedroom apartment (35m2) and two duplex apartments (45m2).
On the ground floor there is a studio Magnolia with a double bed, as well as a duplex apartment Rose with one double bed in each bedroom.
On the first floor there is a triple studio Lavander with a double and a single bed, as well as a quadruple apartment Lily with one bedroom equipped with a double bed and a sofa in the living room. In addition to them, on this floor there is also a duplex apartment Sunflower with two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms.
All accommodation units have a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator (only duplex apartments have a large refrigerator), kettle, coffee maker, microwave. Apartment Lily has a stove with four hotplates and an oven, while all other units have only two hotplates. Kitchens are provided for preparing light meals.
Amenities also include air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets. A cot can be added for babies upon request.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every four days.
In the courtyard, guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen with a built-in barbecue. The villa has its own private parking.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
Driving from the direction of Skala Panagia, on the central intersection turn left towards the sea, then again to the first street left, and after about 100 meters you'll see the accommodation.
If you want a decent accommodation, very close to the beach, on a very quiet place ideal for vacation in the true sense of the word, Elisavet Villa may be a great choice.

Zdravo. U potrazi sam za smeštajem u Skala Potamiji, ova Vila mi deluje odgovarajuće, ali imam par pitanja. U pitanju su tri odrasle osobe i beba od godinu ipo dana (bračni par sa bebom, i jedna muška osoba), tako da nam je potrebno da imamo odvojene spavaće sobe. Koja bi cena bila u tom slučaju? Perod boravka je fleksibilan, 10 noći u periodu Jul do polovine Avgusta. Hvala
