Located just 220 meters from the sandy beach, this studio provides a well-organized space for an enjoyable stay in one of the most popular resorts on the Aegean Sea coast. It is equipped to ensure everything needed for a comfortable stay, allowing guests to experience the local atmosphere and easily access all the amenities that Paralia has to offer.

The studio, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, features a double bed and two single beds, accommodating up to four adults.

Although simply furnished, the accommodation provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay. An air conditioner ensures cooling on warm days, while Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix offer moments of relaxation. Guests also have access to a hairdryer and a small kitchenette, equipped with an induction stove and a refrigerator with a freezer. The kitchenette is suitable for preparing drinks and light meals but is not intended for more complex culinary preparations, making it ideal for guests planning an active vacation with meals outside the studio.

The accommodation has a private balcony with a cozy seating area, offering a pleasant view of the surroundings. It is perfect for unwinding after a day full of activities, enjoying the fresh air, and quiet evenings—a great spot to relax and get acquainted with the area.

To maintain a pleasant atmosphere and high cleanliness standards for all guests, pets are not allowed in this accommodation. For complete flexibility during the stay, the studio is regularly cleaned every five days, including a full change of bed linens and towels. Guests can also request additional cleaning at no extra charge, ensuring maximum comfort throughout their vacation.

Private parking is not guaranteed, but guests can usually find parking spots in front of the building or nearby, depending on availability. Most visitors easily secure a suitable parking space, contributing to a stress-free arrival and stay.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
