Novakovic Studios are a great choice for those looking to spend their summer holiday in the lively resort of Paralia, one of the most popular destinations in the Olympus Riviera. Located just 250 m from the sandy beach, they provide quick and easy access to the sea, while numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, and other amenities can be found nearby. Thanks to their excellent location, Novakovic Studios are ideal for couples and small families who want everything within easy reach during their stay.

Two studios of different capacities are available, located on the first floor and in the attic, which is on the level of the third floor. Depending on the accommodation unit, they can accommodate up to three adults and one child or up to four adults. Each studio features an open-plan layout combining the sleeping area and kitchenette, along with a separate bathroom. One studio is furnished with two double beds, while the other features one smaller-than-standard double bed and one standard double bed.

Both accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning (included in the price), WiFi internet, and a Smart TV. The kitchenettes are suitable for preparing light meals and are equipped with either an induction cooktop or built-in plate with two classic hotplates, an air fryer, and an electric kettle.

Each studio has its own outdoor seating area furnished with outdoor furniture, providing a pleasant space for morning coffee, a light breakfast, or relaxing after a day at the beach. This area adds to the welcoming atmosphere and allows guests to enjoy moments of relaxation in the fresh air.

Pets are not allowed.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodation. Replacement bed linen is available in the unit, while additional cleaning services and extra bed linen sets are available at an additional charge. Towels are not provided, so guests are advised to bring their own.

Private parking is not available, but parking is possible along the street in the immediate vicinity of the property.

Paralia is one of the most popular resorts on the Olympus Riviera, known for its long sandy beach, lively atmosphere, and wide selection of restaurants, cafés, pastry shops, and stores. Thanks to its convenient location, it is an excellent base for exploring this part of Greece. The town of Katerini is 9 km away, the traditional village of Old Panteleimon is 46 km away, the archaeological site of Dion is 27 km away, while Thessaloniki is 74 km away. The combination of excellent amenities, a well-maintained coastline, and easy access to numerous attractions makes Paralia an excellent destination for a diverse summer holiday. Thessaloniki Airport is located 91 km away.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 1 days prior arrival. If cancelled 1 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
