In the traditional village of Exanthia, we have created a new, beautiful and comfortable space. Relax and enjoy the unique view, the tranquility and the sunset, even from your room.
Plagia Sunset Apartments are in Exhantia, Lefkada. It has a private courtyard with a nice view.
Standard apartment can accommodate up to four people in one double bed, a sofa bed and a couch. Its great advantage is its view and its magnificent sunset. Amenities: air conditioning, hairdryer, free parking, kitchen, WiFi internet, smoking allowed, TV and iron.
Superior apartment has three large bedrooms and a living room with kitchen, large veranda overlooking the sea and courtyard. Each room has its own bathroom and can be autonomous. In two bedrooms there are large double beds and in the third two single, also large, beds. In all rooms, there is a wardrobe, air conditioning, TV with terrestrial and satellite receiver. In the living room with a kitchen, you will find large sofas, dining room cupboards with electric stove, dishwasher, fridge and much more. From the living room on the large veranda and the one bedroom, you have the unlimited view of the sea and you can enjoy magical sunsets. The courtyard of the house is very large and is used exclusively by the guests of the house. The house is autonomous with independent entrance. At our large private parking, you can leave your car.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Trosoban apartman je renoviran i apsolutno bez ikakvih zamerki . Moderna nova kupatila sa tus kabinama ,prostrane sobe,kompletno opremljena kuhinja, itd,itd.Domacini su mislili o svakoj sitnici koja bi mozda gostu zatrebala ! Cetvorokrevetni apartman je prostran ali u mnogo losijem stanju i zreo za renoviranje pogotovo kupatilo koje je extremno malo,smesteno ispod stepenica sa nestandarnim vratima.Kompletna kuhinja sa svim sto vam moze zatrebati tokom letovanja ! Sve ostalo je kako stoji u vlasnikovom opisu ... parking ( mi smo bili sa 3 velika vozila i nismo se gurali ) , solidan NET , svuda klime mada sobzirom da je kuca na 600 m nadmorske visine - nepotrebno,velike terase za oba apartmana sa bozanstvenim pogledom ,itd,itd. Domacin ljubazan , na raspolaganju za sve sto vam zatreba .....
