Paris Sea View Villa is located near Platamonas, one of the most famous resorts in the Olympus region, about 120 meters from the beach and approximately 1.3 kilometers from the town center. Thanks to its proximity to the sea, this accommodation is a good choice for couples and small families who want to spend their holiday in a pleasant environment, with easy access to the attractions and landmarks for which Platamonas is known.

This property offers a studio and an apartment in the building’s attic, with no elevator. The studio accommodates up to three adults and consists of a combined sleeping and living area with a kitchenette, as well as a bathroom. It features a double bed narrower than standard size and a single bed. The apartment accommodates up to four adults and includes a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed narrower than standard size and a single bed, while the living room offers a sofa bed for one person.

The accommodation provides guests with basic amenities needed during their stay. Both the studio and the apartment are equipped with air conditioning, wireless internet, and a TV. The kitchenette is suitable for preparing simple meals and includes a stove with two or three burners and a small oven, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A traditional coffee pot (džezva) is also available for preparing coffee.

Balconies add extra value to the property by offering outdoor space. The apartment has a spacious private balcony with a direct sea view, while the studio has its own separate balcony, located across from the entrance to the unit, offering a side sea view. Guests also have access to an outdoor shower, particularly convenient after returning from the beach.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and take care of their own hygiene during their stay, and a replacement set of towels and bed linen is available, which they receive halfway through their stay, and which are replaced by the guests themselves.

Although the building does not have private parking, guests can park nearby along the street, depending on availability.

Platamonas is one of the most popular resorts in the Olympus region, located at the foot of Mount Olympus. The town is known for its long beach combining pebbles and sand, its seaside promenade, marina, and a wide selection of taverns, cafés, pastry shops, and stores. During the summer season, Platamonas has a lively tourist atmosphere, offering visitors many opportunities for walking, recreation, and enjoying local gastronomic specialties. Nearby is Platamonas Castle, one of the most famous landmarks of this part of Greece, offering views of the coast and surroundings. Thanks to its developed tourist infrastructure and diverse offerings, Platamonas is among the most visited destinations on this coast. The accommodation is about 128 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
