Our description

Patriko House is the accommodation on a quiet location in the village Agios Nikolaos. It can be a good choice for families looking for a peaceful vacation and the distance from the beach is not very important.

The center of village, as well as the closest market and taverns, are at 300m, while the closest beach is about 2km away.

They offer two quintuple apartments (52m2), on the high ground, i.e. one on the first floor. Both have one double, i.e. two single beds in two bedrooms and a folding sofa in a room with the kitchen.

Apartments are air-conditioned, have covered balconies, dining table with chairs (inside and outside), internet, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, tumble dryers, iron and ironing board. Kitchens are equipped with a mini-stove with oven, large fridge, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, and there's also a washing machine. Bathrooms have a shower cabin, and there's also a storage room with a vacuum cleaner available. Bed linen and towels are replaced after four days.

In a small and enclosed courtyard, guests can park their vehicle and use barbecue facilities.

Due to excellently equipped apartments, we recommend this house to families who'd prefer a longer stay on a vacation.

Owners description

Patriko House is fully renovated (2018) accommodation in Agios Nikolaos.

The roomy balcony is ideal to enjoy breakfast and to relax with a glass of wine under the stonewall lights in the evening. You can also enjoy your freshly grilled fish on the balcony. The barbecue is next to the small house in the same yard.

We have two apartments. The ground floor apartment is only three steps above the courtyard level, and the one on the first floor is reached by an external staircase. The balcony upstairs has a small door to prevent young children from falling.

Both apartments include two bedrooms, with one double i.e. two single beds. In the living room, there's an additional sleeping space on the sofa. There's also a cot for babies and small children (up to 15kg) available upon request. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee maker, water kettle, microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and iron. In the bathroom, you will find a washing machine and a hairdryer. Hot water comes from the solar system on the roof to the bathroom and kitchen. In the living room, there's a big flat-screen TV on the wall. The satellite dish on the roof offers a wide range of German, English, French, Russian, Italian, Spanish and Turkish channels. There is wireless internet as well as English and German books in our library next to the main entrance. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

Every four days you will receive fresh sheets and towels. The towels are to be used inside the apartments and not to be taken to the beach. Under the stairway, there is a storeroom with α broom, bucket, mop and an ironing board. The iron is in the kitchen cabinet.

Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed. Pets are not allowed, also.

Quiet hours from 15:00-17:30 and from 23:00-7:00.
