Patriko House is an accommodation located in a tranquil village of Agios Nikolaos. It can be a suitable choice for families seeking a peaceful vacation, with the proximity to the beach not being a top priority.

The house is situated about 300m away from the village center, as well as the nearest store and tavern, and approximately 2km away from the closest beach.

There are two five-bed apartments available (around 50m2), one located on the ground floor with three steps leading to the entrance, while the other is on the first floor. They can accommodate up to five people, with a maximum of four adults. Both apartments have one double bed, or two single beds in two bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the kitchen area.

A baby cot is available upon request at no additional charge.

These air-conditioned apartments with mosquito nets offer guests two air conditioning units - one in the bedroom and one in the living room, as well as WiFi, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchens are equipped with a dining table and chairs, a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, toaster, microwave, and a dishwasher. Guests also have access to a washing machine in each apartment.

The bathrooms feature a shower cabin, and there is a storage room with a vacuum cleaner.

The apartments have spacious covered balconies overlooking the front part of the yard. They are furnished with a seating set.

Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels. A spare set of bed linen and towels is available in the apartment. After four nights, upon request, the owners can provide an additional set.

In the small fenced yard, guests can park their cars. There are two parking spaces available, as well as a built-in barbecue.

Due to the excellent amenities of the apartments, we recommend this house to families looking to stay for longer periods during their vacation.

We visited this wonderful place a week ago, and it was exactly what we needed. The place was impeccably clean and equipped with everything one could desire, including a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and a dishwasher... everything. Furthermore, the owners were incredibly helpful, responding promptly to our messages. A fantastic and affordable spot for your next holiday.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
