In one of the most beautiful traditional villages of Sithonia, Agios Nikolaos, near the square with widely famous taverns, there are Plateia apartments. It is the right choice for all those who are looking for a slightly different vacation and who would like to live as locals for a while.

The main square of the village with taverns and cafes is just around the corner, just a few steps from the accommodation. A bakery and a supermarket are at the same distance. The nearest beach is Trani Ammouda, about 4km away.

The accommodation offers two four-bed apartments on the ground floor. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a folding sofa bed. The kitchen and the dining room are in the same, spacious room with living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove, coffee machine, large refrigerator with freezer and necessary utensils. In the bathroom of the apartment Katerina there is a shower tray with a curtain, while the bathroom of the apartment Hara is more modern and has a shower cabin. The balconies have table and chairs and overlook the yard. Both apartments are air conditioned, have TV, internet, washing machine, hair dryer and mosquito nets. During their stay, guests take care of the hygiene of the apartments and change the bed linen and towels. A clean set of bed linen is available after five days, and the set of towels is provided after three days.

The yard is fenced and has seating area. Guests can park their vehicles in front of the property.

You will easily find accommodation because it is close to the post office in the center of the village.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
