Due to the building's location on sloping ground, the main entrance is situated on the upper level, at the same height as the ground floor. On this floor, there is a living room connected to the kitchen and a toilet. An internal staircase leads to the lower level, situated in the semi-basement, which features two bedrooms, one of which has its own en-suite bathroom. The layout of the beds is organized so that the first bedroom has a French bed and one bed for one person, while the second bedroom has two joined beds for one person each. The living room offers additional capacity thanks to a sofa for two people, making the space functionally adapted for larger families or groups.

The accommodation is conceived as a practical choice for family holidays, with special attention to younger guests. Parents can request, free of charge, a baby cot and high chair, making travel easier and avoiding the need to carry bulky equipment.
