One of the most popular accommodations for GerakiniThe Akti Liakada Hotel is located near the beach in the peaceful village of Gerakini, in the heart of Halkidiki. The hotel has recently been renovated, is neat, and equipped with everything necessary for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Guests have at their disposal a traditional Greek tavern, a playground for children, and parking space within the hotel premises.
The beach is 150m away, while the center of Gerakini, where you can find a bakery, a market, a few restaurants, and a very modest tourist offer, is approximately 500m away.
The hotel offers two double rooms, three quadruple rooms, and 12 triple rooms, based on bed and breakfast.
Three rooms (superior) have been renovated, including one double room with a queen-size bed and a single pull-out bed, accommodating up to three persons.
One triple room with two attached single beds and a pull-out bed, accommodating up to four persons.
A family room with a queen-size bed, two single beds, and a pull-out bed, accommodating up to five persons.
The double room consists of two single beds that can be joined together. The triple room has a queen and a single bed, or two attached single beds and one separate single bed. The quadruple rooms have one queen and two single beds, or four single beds (two of which are attached), with the possibility of an additional bed in one of them.
Two rooms are slightly smaller than the others, and some have a partial sea view. Three ground floor rooms are able to accommodate people with disabilities, but there is no ramp and the bathroom is not fully adapted. The rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, WiFi, a small refrigerator, mosquito nets, and a spacious terrace with seating furniture. The bathroom may have a glass shower cabin, a shower tub, or just a shower area with a curtain. If any guest needs a hairdryer, they can ask the hotel staff. Bedding is changed every three nights, towels every two nights, and the rooms are cleaned daily.
In the beautifully arranged, green, and fenced yard with plenty of shade, guests have access to children's toys, several tables with chairs, and a parking lot with five spaces. Besides the accommodation, there is plenty of additional parking space available.
The breakfast offer changes every three days (eggs, olives, croissants, marmalades, etc.).
Payment by credit card is possible.
The easiest way to reach the accommodation is to turn right at the traffic lights towards Poligiros from the main road, then turn left on the first street and continue driving for about 1.5km.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Drskost gazdarice koja nas nije pustila u sobu do 14h iako je soba bila prazna.Bas nehumano, voziti 10 sati, i onda se smaraš do 14 h na suncu, jer je neko tako rekao. Doručak sramota, bolje da ga nije ni bilo… svi su se čudili… ne znam da li njih neko kontroliše, ali dati za doručak 1 kuvano jaje i 2 gorke masline, je ponižavajuće… Još ako dete ne dodje na doručak, ne dobije … Strasno! Džaba cistoca, kad se ovako ponašaju prema gostima.
