The staff is courteous, and the hygiene is excellent; towels are changed every two days, and bed linens every three days, while the room is cleaned daily. There is ample parking space in front of the hotel, and the rooms are clean and tidy, with sufficient storage space for belongings, along with a comfortable terrace. In the evenings, until midnight, there can be noise from engines and cars frequently passing by the streets adjacent to the hotel, making it unsuitable for those seeking absolute silence. The breakfast is rather modest and monotonous, with three different meal combinations, yet it is sufficient to kickstart the day. If someone expects a breakfast similar to that in Zlatibor, thinking they can then plow three fields :) and swim to Cassandra, this accommodation is not for them; they will have to "supplement" it at their own expense.

Only positive impressions. The hosts are exceptionally kind; we give them our highest praise.

The rudeness of the hostess, who did not allow us into the room until 2 PM even though it was empty, is truly inhumane. To drive for 10 hours and then be made to wait until 2 PM in the sun because someone said so is unacceptable. The breakfast was disgraceful; it would have been better if there had been none at all... Everyone was astonished... I don't know if anyone supervises them, but serving one boiled egg and two bitter olives for breakfast is humiliating... Especially if a child does not come for breakfast and receives nothing... Terrible! Cleanliness is of no use when they treat guests this way.

Accommodation for all those seeking a peaceful retreat in a charming little town, away from the excess of tourists, and an ideal base for exploring Halkidiki. The hotel is just a three-minute leisurely walk from the beach, impeccably clean, with fantastic staff, daily towel changes, bed linens changed every two to three days, and floors cleaned and trash taken out daily... A definite place we would always return to.

We are pleased with both the accommodation and the staff, their friendliness, and cleanliness. Overall, the ratio of price to quality is satisfactory.

A good balance between price and quality. The room we received did not match our reservation. We requested a 3 plus 1 room, which, as stated in the description, is 25 m2, but we were given a room of 20 m2 with the explanation that all triple rooms can be 3 plus 1.

The hotel is pleasant and small, the food is good and tasty, and the owner is friendly... that is why we have vacationed there for the second year... we highly recommend it.

The location of Gerakini offers little in terms of entertainment. At the beach, sun loungers can only be used in one area, alongside the purchase of drinks, while the other parts of the beach are reserved for hotels. If you are not a guest of these hotels, you cannot use the loungers. There is one section of the beach where you can set up your own umbrellas. The hotel is clean and beautiful, and the rooms are decent; I believe it is one of the few that is so clean and deserves every praise. It also features a lovely courtyard for children. As for the food, we had breakfast included every morning: six slices of bread, butter, jam, along with a boiled egg, a sausage, or salami, and so on. Of course, we didn’t go there just to eat, but when they set it up like that on the table, it does have an effect...

We were accommodated in a 3+1 room with an extra bed. The accommodation was decent, air-conditioned, and very clean. The beach is located a 7.8-minute walk from the hotel. The beach is sandy, but it resembles the Olympic region more than Sitonia. We were prepared for that, but we chose this accommodation due to the price, even though we planned to explore the beaches of Sitonia. The first disappointment was that there was no option to pay for dinner, only lunch served until 3 PM (although we were told otherwise). The second disappointment was breakfast, which for a family of four consisted of a few slices of salami and cheese or a couple of tiny sausages or 4 boiled eggs and a few olives. All of this was masked with a bit of jam and butter. After three days, we started buying breakfast, and we only used the tables and utensils from the hotel. (I felt sorry for a few kittens that wandered around the tables, and the kids had nothing to give them :>) Consequently, since we were buying breakfast and had to go to restaurants for dinner (you can't have gyros every night :-) ), the initial hotel price drastically increased. If we add that the nearest decent beach, which is the reason to visit Sitonia, is at least 30 kilometers away, I believe this hotel should not be an option. The overall impression was further spoiled by the fact that the owner charged us 17 euros for a light bulb, which he believed the children had broken. I think that if they intend to profit from tourism, they need to show a bit more effort and respect towards their guests.

If you are seeking a good vacation at affordable prices, along with the hospitality of the hosts (they have a new cook who is excellent), you will find it at the Aktiliakadi hotel in Gerakini. We are extremely satisfied with the furnishings in the hotel, the prices, and of course, the service provided by the Nikana agency... We recommend it to others, especially friends in Slovenia, like Jernej and his family.

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation. The beach is very close. The staff is exceptionally courteous. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The hotel is tidy and clean. The owners are friendly and always available to assist. We stayed in a triple room with an extra bed for four people, which was spacious and far from small. The terrace is large. In our room, there was a big refrigerator, while I noticed that some had smaller ones. The bathroom was adequate. The rooms are cleaned daily. The internet is excellent; I haven't had such good connectivity in Greece. The location is good, just a five-minute walk to the beach. The only complaint pertains to the breakfast we had. It was modest in quantity, with three types that rotated and some jams. We brought our own food to "supplement". All in all, it was satisfactory, and I can recommend it to people as a good location for adventures in Sithonia and Kassandreia.
