Casa Di Fava Home is located in the center of Agios Nikolaos, a traditional village in Sithonia, about 3.1 kilometers from the beach. The carefully decorated space and the garden with a summer house create a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing stay, while the location in the village itself allows easy access to local amenities. The accommodation is a good choice for families and groups of friends who want a more peaceful vacation and a convenient starting point for visiting the beaches, settlements and natural beauties of Sithonia.

This maisonette extends over the ground floor and the first floor, and is designed to accommodate a maximum of five adults. On the ground floor, there is a living room connected to the kitchen, which is the central space for common living, as well as a toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, which allows for more peace and privacy during your vacation. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. A sofa bed provides an additional sleeping place for one person in the living room.

To maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the accommodation, three air conditioners are available, located in the living room and both bedrooms. Guests have access to WiFi and Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, allowing them to relax with their favorite internet content. The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic hob with four heating zones and a large oven, making it suitable for regular meal preparation, including more demanding dishes, while the large fridge with freezer provides enough space for storing food. A coffee machine, kettle, and toaster are also available, and a washing machine, located in a special closet in the yard, and a hairdryer contribute to additional practicality during their stay.

The house has a balcony with a view of the street and the surrounding area, as well as a veranda located within the yard. The smaller, fenced and landscaped yard is mostly paved, with a part with greenery, and provides a pleasant space for outdoor living. The summer house with seating is suitable for morning coffee, family meals, and evening socializing, while the possibility of using a private barbecue further completes the summer ambiance.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, so they can organize cleaning according to their needs and the rhythm of their vacation. The hosts provide clean bed linen and towels every three days, while guests are responsible for replacing them. In this way, they can adjust the time of their replacement to their own needs and plans during their vacation.

The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, but guests who come by their own vehicle can use public parking spaces along the street in front of the house and in its surroundings. Their availability depends on the current occupancy and traffic situation in the town.

Agios Nikolaos is a traditional village located in the interior of the northeastern part of Sithonia, known for its stone houses, narrow paved streets, and a pleasant central square, around which the daily life of the town takes place. Taverns and cafes provide the opportunity to enjoy local specialties and an authentic Greek atmosphere, especially during the evening hours, while shops, bakeries, pharmacies, and a health center are available in the town. Although not located directly on the coast, the location of the village allows easy access to the numerous beaches of eastern Sithonia, among which the long sandy beach of Trani Ammouda stands out, known for its clear sea and gradual entry into the water. Nearby is Ormos Panagias, the port of Agios Nikolaos and the starting point for boat trips around Athos and to the surrounding islands. Surrounded by olive groves and Mediterranean vegetation, Agios Nikolaos is a good choice for guests who want a quieter stay, to get to know the local way of life, and to visit different parts of Sithonia. The accommodation is about 97 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
