Enjoy the comfort of Zoina's House (58m2), located on an area of 16,187m2, overlooking the Olympus mountain and the Aegean Sea. The house is just a 5-minute drive from the beach in Leptokarya and 12km from the base of Olympus.
The house has two bedrooms with one double bed each (one is overlooking the Olympus and the second overlooks the sea), toilet with a shower cabin, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a sofa bed, bar, fridge with freezer, air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, WiFi internet, baby cot and baby chair. Clean towels and bed linen are available, as well as everything else needed for a pleasant stay.
The climate of our area is one of the best in Europe and especially favours people with asthma, heart and lung problems. Oxygen-rich air rejuvenates and works for everyone, so you can feel the difference on the first day. Breathe free. Enjoy nature and your life. Do you lack peace and quiet? Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
