Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

This renovated accommodation includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, TVs, a coffee machine, a toaster and free Wi-Fi. All units have private balconies overlooking the island of Kelyfos.
Mikri Elia studios have their own beach. Building B is separated by the street from the beach. Visitors can relax in the greenery of the garden. Also, they can prepare a barbecue and have a private parking lot and a children's playground.
