Mikri Elia Studios is located in a peaceful area, just a few steps away from Elia Beach. Surrounded by greenery and a spacious, beautifully landscaped yard, this accommodation is the perfect choice for families with young children, as well as for those seeking peace, tranquility, and relaxation in a natural setting by the sea.

The property offers triple and quadruple apartments located in two buildings, A and B, on the ground floor or first floor. In the first building, there are three triple apartments and one quadruple apartment. Triple apartments B1 and B2 have two connected single beds and one separate single bed, while triple apartment B3 has one double and one single bed. The quadruple apartment B4 has one double bed and a sofa bed for two.

The second building has two triple and one quadruple apartment. Triple apartments C2 and C3 have two connected single beds and an additional single bed, while quadruple apartment C1 has two connected single beds and a bunk bed.

All apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets, free Wi-Fi, TV, and a hairdryer. Upon request, a baby cot can be provided with prior arrangement with the owners. Each unit has its own terrace or veranda with a table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation overlooking the yard.

The kitchens are fully equipped and include a hob with two induction hobs, a fridge with a freezer (only apartment C1 has a large fridge), a kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine. The bathrooms are modernly designed and have a shower (only tiles) with a glass partition.

One of the greatest advantages of this accommodation is the spacious, fenced yard full of natural shade, ideal for children’s play and adult relaxation. Guests have access to a barbecue, private parking, as well as free sun loungers and umbrellas - two sun loungers and one umbrella per apartment.

The beach is just a few meters away from the property, while Nikiti and the large supermarkets Masoutis and Galaxias are about 11km away. The famous Lagomandra Beach is located approximately 1km from the accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in their apartments.

A beautiful location. The accommodation is somewhat cramped. For those who dislike crowds, this is the perfect place.

The apartment is situated in an excellent location, in a tranquil area, with a beach in the courtyard. It could use a bit of renovation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
