Hotel Description

Sea Apartments are located in the village of Sivota, in the region of Epirus, 850m from the beach and 400m from the marina and promenade. Beautifully decorated accommodation is ideal for families and friends who wish to enjoy the proximity of the sea in a peaceful environment.

There are six accommodation units available, situated on the ground floor, first floor, and attic, able to accommodate up to five adults. The apartments consist of a living room, kitchen, one or two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two. The studio comprises a bathroom and a kitchen with a double bed.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.

The air-conditioned units are equipped with a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen with two burners and a small oven, standard refrigerator, and kettle.

From the veranda or balcony, furnished with seating, guests can enjoy views of the garden.

In this accommodation, pets are allowed upon request and at no extra cost.

Daily cleaning is provided during the stay, with bed linen and towels changed every three days.

Guests of this accommodation have access to a designated parking space.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 42 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
