The duplex apartment is situated on the second floor of the building.

The lower level features a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms.

On the upper level, in the attic, there is a bathroom within an open gallery and a sleeping area.

In the bedrooms of this apartment, which is designed to accommodate a maximum of four adults and six children, there is one double bed in each room, while the open gallery houses three more double beds.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.

The apartment is equipped with four air conditioning units, in all bedrooms and the living room.

Guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in both the living room and the open gallery, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a big fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

There are two bathrooms in the property, each featuring a shower with a curtain.

With a beautiful courtyard view, the accommodation offers three balconies, each furnished with comfortable seating sets.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
