Our description

Sun And Stone House is a new and modernly decorated building near the beach in Polychrono. It received its first guests in 2022. It is an ideal place for those who want accommodation near an organized city beach, within easy reach of all facilities.

It is in the immediate vicinity of restaurants and shops and about 100m from the sea.

The accommodation has 9 maisonettes.

Four maisonettes are on two levels. The bedrooms are located in the basement, while the living room, kitchen and dining room are located on the upper ground floor. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. These maisonettes each have two balconies, one of which is equipped with seating.

Five maisonettes are on three levels. The bedrooms are located in the basement and on the first floor, while the living room, kitchen and dining room are located on the upper ground floor. These maisonettes have three balconies, two of which are equipped with seating. The six-bed maisonette has two bedrooms in the basement, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the room on the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. The eight-bed maisonette in the basement has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds.

The kitchens are equipped, have a plate with two hotplates, a small refrigerator (maisonettes on three levels have two small refrigerators) and a stove.

The bathrooms have showers, and the maisonettes on three levels have two bathrooms.

All maisonettes are air-conditioned, have TV with satellite channels, WiFi internet, safe, hairdryer and mosquito nets.

A baby cot is available on request.

Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days, that is, halfway through the stay, and these services are included in the price.

Parking is possible in the surrounding streets.

Pets are allowed with prior agreement.

Sun And Stone House is a newly built family apartment accommodation in the north of Greece, located on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, Halkidiki, in the town of Polychrono.

The accommodation is located on a side street, in the center of town and 120m from the beautiful city beach, while restaurants and shops are 40 meters away.

The building is new, and it received its first guests in 2022. It is owned by a family that has ensured that guests enjoy comfort, high hygiene standards, and safety.

The ambiance of a traditional Greek stone house equipped with all hotel amenities aims to provide the best possible escape from everyday responsibilities.

Comfortable and functional, Sun And Stone House has nine maisonettes in a row, intended for the accommodation of four to eight adults, in which every detail has been specially selected so that the guests feel comfortable and satisfied.

The five maisonettes are on three levels, where the bedrooms are located in the basement and on the first floor, while the living room, kitchen, and dining room are on the upper ground floor. These maisonettes each have two bathrooms with hair dryers and three balconies, two of which are equipped with a table and chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, a stove with two ceramic hotplates, and a refrigerator with a freezer, where maisonettes on three levels have two refrigerators each, and maisonettes on two levels have one refrigerator.

A cot is available on request, and pets are also allowed within the price.

The facility does not have a parking lot, as it is located in a pedestrian zone that is closed to traffic from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m. every day. In front of the building, it is possible to park for a short time to unload/load luggage, while there are plenty of parking spaces nearby that are free and safe but cannot be reserved.

The distance from Thessaloniki airport is 87 km.
