Description
Sun And Stone House is a new and modernly decorated building near the beach in Polychrono. It received its first guests in 2022. It is an ideal place for those who want accommodation near an organized city beach, within easy reach of all facilities.
It is in the immediate vicinity of restaurants and shops and about 100m from the sea.
The accommodation has 9 maisonettes.
Four maisonettes are on two levels. The bedrooms are located in the basement, while the living room, kitchen and dining room are located on the upper ground floor. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. These maisonettes each have two balconies, one of which is equipped with seating.
Five maisonettes are on three levels. The bedrooms are located in the basement and on the first floor, while the living room, kitchen and dining room are located on the upper ground floor. These maisonettes have three balconies, two of which are equipped with seating. The six-bed maisonette has two bedrooms in the basement, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the room on the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. The eight-bed maisonette in the basement has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds.
The kitchens are equipped, have a plate with two hotplates, a small refrigerator (maisonettes on three levels have two small refrigerators) and a stove.
The bathrooms have showers, and the maisonettes on three levels have two bathrooms.
All maisonettes are air-conditioned, have TV with satellite channels, WiFi internet, safe, hairdryer and mosquito nets.
A baby cot is available on request.
Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days, that is, halfway through the stay, and these services are included in the price.
Parking is possible in the surrounding streets.
Pets are allowed with prior agreement.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, potreban nam je smeštaj u Polihronu, Pefkohoriju ili Haniotiju, na 7 noći za 4 odrasle osobe i 1 dete od 7 god. u periodu oko 20.08.2024. sa dve odvojene sobe i u blizini plaže. Ako imate nešto u ponudi molimo da nam se javite. Hvala unapred. Pozrdrav.

Smeštaj kao na slikama. Prezadovoljni smo. Na pola odmora dobija se novi set peškira. Plaža blizu, minut hoda. Sve zavisi šta ko traži, mi smo tražili upravo ovo, da ostavimo auto, smestimo se i provodimo vreme u moru koje je odmah tu .... Restorani tu, prodavnice, pekare ... Sve na dohvat ruke. Cao! Pozdrav iz Skoplja! Trazimo mezonet za 5 adu+3ch (9.14,15y) na Halkidiki, po mogucnost Polihrono, Pefkohori, Hanioti. Termin 17-15.7.24. Da bude blize do plaza i da je pet friendly. Gledali smo Sun&Stone house pa ako ima slobodni termini bilo bi super. Please help :)
