Nestled in a fenced yard, in an exceptionally peaceful location, lies the accommodation known as Cozy, which can be an excellent choice for those seeking a tranquil vacation.
Situated approximately 250m away from the beach, as well as from shops and taverns.
It offers a single maisonette. On the lower level (semi-based), there are two bedrooms. One bedroom features three single beds, while the other has one double bed, one single bed, and a crib. On the upper level, along with the living room, kitchen, and bathroom, there is one bedroom with a double bed. The living room includes a corner sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and juicer. The bathroom includes a shower with a curtain, and guests also have access to a washing machine and a hairdryer.
The maisonette is air-conditioned, equipped with a TV, internet, and mosquito nets. Guests receive a fresh set of towels and linen during their stay. A mandatory cleaning fee of €70 per reservation is required after guests' departure.
In the fenced yard, there is outdoor seating and a barbecue available to guests. Private parking is not available, but guests can park their car in front of the accommodation or in the vicinity, or use public parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
