This accommodation features two air conditioners (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), fan on the balcony, internet, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower with a glass door. Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay. For reservations of five nights or more, an additional set of towels and bed linen is provided, and guests are responsible for their replacement.
The property has a beautifully landscaped and fenced yard with a seating area.
Private parking is not available, but free parking can be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
