Hotel Description

Artemis Maisonette is located in the small town of Kalamitsi on the south coast of Sithonia, 190m from the beach known for its crystal clear water and fine sand, and just a few meters from mini markets, traditional taverns and bars.

The apartment is spread over two levels, contains three bedrooms and is intended for accommodation of a maximum of eight people. On the lower level, located in the semi-basement, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a semi-double bed and a single bed. On the upper level, which is at the level of the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen area and two sofas, a bathroom and a third bedroom with a double bed, which is partially separated from the living room by a partition wall about 1.5m high.

A baby cot can be added upon request and within the price.

Within this air-conditioned apartment, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a hair dryer, a kitchen equipped with a stove with a large oven and four glass ceramic hobs, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle and with a filter coffee machine.

Guests can spend time on one of two balconies, front and back, with seating set and views of the street and courtyard.

In the fenced yard there is natural shade, a table with chairs, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.

Upon request, towels and bed linen are changed, as well as unit cleaning once during the stay. Additional cleaning is available to guests for an extra charge.

Guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation or in its immediate vicinity.

Artemis Maisonette is located 143km from the international airport in Thessaloniki, while it is 16km from the famous resort of Sarti, and about 15km from Toroni.

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
