Evdokia House is located on the western coast of Corfu, in a peaceful area, just 180 meters from the beach. Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden full of greenery, this house offers guests a pleasant atmosphere and a sense of complete relaxation. Thanks to its proximity to the sea and its tranquil surroundings, Evdokia House is an excellent choice for those seeking a quiet holiday away from the crowds. The nearest larger village is Agios Matheos, where visitors can find shops and local amenities. The island’s capital, Corfu Town, is about 28 kilometers away, making it an ideal base for day trips and exploring the southern part of the island.

The apartment with two bedrooms is located on the ground floor, with a slightly elevated entrance reached by climbing four steps. It is intended for up to five adults and includes a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds, and the living room features a sofa for one person.

Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers an A/C unit in the living room and in both bedrooms. Guests also have access to free WiFi, a TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
