Description
On the southern coast of Sithonia, in the quiet town of Kalamitsi, there is accommodation Ionas Maisonette at a distance of 210m from Kalamitsi Beach, known for its crystal clear water and fine sand, along which there are traditional taverns, bars and a mini market.
The two-bedroom apartment, which is a maisonette on two levels, has two bedrooms on the lower level, which is in the semi-basement, while the upper level has a living room, a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom. In the bedrooms of this apartment, which is designed to accommodate a maximum of six people, there is one double bed and one single bed in each. It should be emphasized that one double bed is narrower than standard.
In this apartment, guests have at their disposal ceiling fan in the living room, free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with a stove with a large oven and four hotplates, a small stove with two hotplates, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle and a filter coffee machine. The bedrooms in the basement are cool in the summer and for that reason there are no cooling units.
Guests can spend time on the balcony at the front of the building, which is equipped with seating set and offers a view of the street.
In front of the accommodation there is a paved patio which is not fenced and contains an outdoor shower.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Upon request, towels and bed linen are changed, as well as unit cleaning once during the stay. Additional cleaning is available to guests for an additional fee.
A private parking space for one vehicle is available within the accommodation.
Ionas Maisonette is located 143km from the international airport in Thessaloniki, while it is 16km from the famous resort of Sarti, and about 15km from Toroni.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
