One of the most popular accommodations for SartiIn the first row to the sea in Sarti, only few steps away from the beach, there is Elisavet house. It is an ideal house for all those who want to enjoy sea view, as well to stay close to the beach.
From the sandy, city beach it is separated only by the street, and from the city center is 550m far. The closest market is 100m away.
Elisavet House has four quadruple and two triple studios.
Four quadruple studios (28m2) have one double and two single beds. Two are located on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All quadruple studios have sea view.
Triple studios (15m2) are located on the ground floor and have a double and a single bed. They also have backyard view.
Studios are air-conditioned, they have TV, internet, mosquito nets, equipped kitchen (refrigerator with a freezer compartment, hotplates and necessary dishes), bathroom with an edged showering area and balcony with table and chairs. Replacement of towels and bed sheets is done by guests at the half of stay, while the clean ones are given by the owners. Also, the guests take care of hygiene during their stay.
Owners can provide guests with barbecue if needed. The house doesn't have a private parking, but guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the house.
The best way to reach the accommodation is to turn left from the main road towards the football field. Continue straight until the end of the street, then turn left. After 130m you will see the house on your left.
Elisavet House is a good choice for those who want to spend their vacation near the beach and in an immediate vicinity of the city center.

Owner description
The house is situated in New Sarti, across from the beach (10m). It has double, triple and quadruple studios. Several studios have direct sea view. The house is great for all ages. Not far from the center (800m) where you can find plenty of entertainment. The balcony offers a sea view, and you can enjoy the view of Mount Athos. This house is a good choice if you want to spend a peaceful and enjoyable holiday.
The hotel is a small family owned business and the owners will give personal attention to your needs. Parking is available on the street in front of the hotel. WiFi internet is also provided free for the guests.
Of the 10 studios at House Elisavet, four are for three persons and six studios are for four persons. Each studio is equipped with a sea view or garden view balcony, air conditioning, a kitchen (refrigerator, stove), a bathroom with shower and a television. In close proximity there are several beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other shops.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Katastrofa , sve je jako staro . Kupatilo smrdi na javni toalet , wc daska odvaljena , šolja jako prljava . Tuš prska na sve strane osim na pravu (istog trenutka sam otisao da kupim novi) . Kabina je 50*50 i dete kad se kupa celo kupatilo pliva u vodi . Pritisak ne postoji dok baba ne sidje u podrum da ukljuci pumpu sto se desava nikad . Prvo otvaranje vrata frizidera otpadaju ista jer su trula i naravno opet inprovizacija licnim alatom i materijalom da bi mogao frizider da se koristi . Idpod kreveta , na ormaru , na ramovima od prozora i u glavnom svuda razne zaraze i prasine . Rešo od masnoće ne sme da se pipne pa smo ga ubrusima pomerili što dalje . Escajg i tanjiri prljavi . Klima smrdi i u njoj ima visebprasine i bskterija nego na smetlištu . Posteljina pocepana , peškiri iz 1941 . Svaka kuća na ulazu ima neku česmu neko crevo da se operu noge jer je plaža na 20 metara a ovde nema ni flaša vode . Ispred garaža i iza kuće jako zapošteno i puno otpada . Sve u svemu ne vredi ni 30e po danu . Jedino što je gazdarica ljubazna i to je pozitivno za kompletan moj textni mišljenje . Nikad više i nikome ne preporučujem.

Jako prijatni domacini,lokacija i pogled odlicni za tu cenu. Cista posteljina,treci dan smo dobili novu posteljinu. Studio je imao sve sto je potrebno. Sami smo cistili svoj studio,jeste starinsko opremljen ali nama nije smetalo. Jedina mana sto je pritisak vode jako slab,predvece kad dodjemo sa plaze desavalo se da ne mozemo da se istusiramo lepo i da nestane tople vode. Doci cemo opet sigurno ako se odlucimo opet za Sarti.

Prezadovoljna sam, sve je ispoštovani kao što je dogovoreno. Zamena posteljine i peškira svaka tri dana, gazdarica vrlo ljubazna i spremna za bilo kakvu pomoć, uvek prisutna u kući. Puno hvala na svemu.
