In the front row by the sea in Sarti, just a few steps away from the beach, stands Elisavet House. It is ideal for those who wish to enjoy a sea view and be close to the beach.

Only a street separates it from the sandy, city beach, and it is about 550m away from the center. The nearest market is 100m away.

Elisavet House offers four quadruple and two triple studios.

The four quadruple studios (28m2) have one double and two single beds. Two are located on the ground floor, and two on the first floor. All quadruple studios have a sea view.

The triple studios (15m2) are located on the ground floor, have one double and single bed, and face the backyard.

The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, mosquito nets, equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, stove with two burners and necessary utensils), bathroom with a shower enclosed by a wall, and terraces with a table and chairs for sitting. Halfway through their stay, guests receive clean towels and linens to replace themselves from the owner. Also, guests are responsible for the hygiene during their stay in the studio.

The owners can provide guests with a barbecue if needed. They do not have a private parking space, but guests can park on the street in front of the house.

The best way to reach the accommodation is to turn from the main road towards the football field. Continue straight until the end of the street, then turn left. After 130m, you will see the house on the left side.

Elisavet House is a good choice for undemanding guests who value the proximity to the beach and the immediate vicinity of the center.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
