The room we received was exceptionally small and dysfunctional. Honestly, I would not recommend it to anyone. On the second day, we asked to pay extra for a different room, and we were fortunate that one was available. The bedding and furniture are old, and everything is in poor condition. The hosts are kind and accommodating, which is the only advantage, along with the sea view from part of the room.

In the studio for three people, the bathroom is incredibly small. The overall accommodation is quite poor; everything is old and untidy.

The location is excellent, the road separates it from the beach, comfort and cleanliness are lacking, everything is old, the bathroom is too small, the hosts are friendly and very good people.

Exceptional accommodation, with a great price-quality ratio. Recommended for those who appreciate tranquility, as it is located about 500 meters from the center and the hustle and bustle.

Quite modest

A disaster; everything is extremely old. The bathroom smells like a public toilet, the toilet seat is broken, and the bowl is very dirty. The shower sprays everywhere except where it should, so I immediately went to buy a new one. The cubicle is 50x50, and when the child bathes, the entire bathroom floods. There is no water pressure until grandma goes down to the basement to turn on the pump, which never happens. The first time I opened the refrigerator door, the hinges fell off because they were rotten, and of course, I had to improvise with personal tools and materials to make the refrigerator usable. Under the bed, on the wardrobe, on the window frames, and mostly everywhere, there are various germs and dust. The greasy stove cannot be touched, so we moved it with paper towels as far away as possible. The cutlery and plates are dirty. The air conditioning smells, and it contains more dust and bacteria than a landfill. The bedding is torn, and the towels are from 1941. Every house at the entrance has some tap or hose to wash your feet because the beach is 20 meters away, but there isn't even a bottle of water here. In front of the garage and behind the house, it is very neglected and full of trash. All in all, it is not worth even 30 euros per day. The only positive aspect is that the landlady is kind, which reflects positively on my overall opinion. I will never return and would not recommend it to anyone.

The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, and the location along with the view was excellent for the price. The linens were clean, and we received fresh sheets on the third day. The studio was equipped with everything we needed. We cleaned our own studio; although it was furnished in an old-fashioned style, it did not bother us. The only downside was that the water pressure was very low; in the evenings, when we returned from the beach, it often happened that we could not shower properly and that the hot water ran out. We will definitely return if we decide to choose Sarti again.

I am extremely satisfied; everything has been carried out as agreed. The bed linens and towels are changed every three days, the landlady is very kind and always ready to assist, constantly present in the house. Thank you very much for everything.

Aside from the location, everything else is unacceptable. It is dirty, there are mice, and the bedding and towels are old and torn. The hot water has an unpleasant smell, likely coming from the roof tank. There is no hot water in the kitchen, and the dishes we purchased are unusable. The view from the terrace overlooks the waste in the yard. The studio doors are glass, and we have stuck towels inside to obscure the view from the hallway. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The only positive aspect of this accommodation is its proximity to the beach. The landlady is generally okay, and the replacement of towels and bed linens was as agreed. However, the hygiene is at a very low level. She cleans up after guests herself, and does so quite modestly. Additionally, there were some basic kitchen items that we had to purchase ourselves. The small yard around the accommodation is very neglected, with litter and wilted plants in pots... As a result, we found rat droppings on the terrace in the morning, and one night we even saw a rat on the terrace. All in all, in the case of this accommodation, one pays only for the proximity to the beach and nothing else.

If everything had been in order, it would have been a perfect score. Not only the apartment but the entire villa is quite dirty.

I am satisfied with this studio where we stayed. For that price, everything is perfectly fine and correct. If they had newer bedding, more modern dishes, an iron, and a hairdryer (I brought my own, so it didn't bother me), perhaps the price would be higher. The pillows are quite firm, so those who don't like that should bring their own. The landlady, an older woman, is kind and not intrusive; she doesn't disturb anyone, as if she isn't even there. You will feel at home. She provides towels and bedding for exchange.

I am satisfied with this studio where we stayed. For that price, everything is quite acceptable and correct.

Elisavet House is a villa located just 20 meters from the beach, making it an excellent choice for families with young children. Despite the drawbacks I mentioned in the cons section, the villa can serve as a good accommodation for a holiday.

A good location, friendly staff, reasonable price, but the accommodation's amenities are somewhat lacking. I believe the accommodation is called Elisabet, and everything is written in Latin script with an "L."

Positive aspects: friendly hosts and proximity to the beach. Negative aspects of the accommodation: the furniture in the studio is worn out. Cleanliness is below any acceptable standard. The bathroom is very small, dirty, and neglected. Individuals taller than 180 cm would find it difficult to enter and use the extremely small bathroom. The three-bed studio has only one small wardrobe. The refrigerator is very noisy, making it hard to fall asleep next to it. There is internet connectivity and Wi-Fi, but it is often interrupted, and when available, it is impossible to connect due to poor bandwidth. The rating is automatically calculated, and for such an establishment, it came out as solid, although the realistic rating is below average.

An excellent location, right by the beach. There is a well-equipped supermarket nearby. The studio we stayed in features new, comfortable beds. The triple studio is exceptionally small. The bathroom measures just one square meter. Everything is miniature. You can't turn around without bumping into something. The dishes are modest and worn out.

The overall impression is satisfying. The proximity to the beach, supermarkets, taverns, and promenades enhances the experience.

We visited last year, and the owner is a wonderful and kind woman. Perhaps we will return to them this year.

The accommodation is located right on the beach. It takes a few minutes of leisurely walking to reach the center and all the happenings, which I would always choose, as it is peaceful for sleeping and free from noise. Mrs. Elisavet is exceptionally kind and wonderful. A significant drawback of the accommodation is the lack of WIFI. It is very poor and slow; we had to purchase our own internet since we couldn't catch the wifi at all. Additionally, the beds and pillows are not very comfortable, so you cannot rest well. Such accommodation could be priced a bit lower due to the uncomfortable and older furnishings, but we chose it for the location, and in that, we definitely did not make a mistake.

Mrs. Elisabet is exceptionally kind and pleasant, and she takes great care of her guests. Everything was wonderful. The team from the Nikana agency deserves all the praise, and once again, thank you for everything.

It matches what is offered - decent accommodation with a splendid view of the sea.
