Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, with plenty of toys for children, Villa Doxa offers an unforgettable vacation for families who decide to visit Sarti. There is a private parking lot, and the yard is fenced, so parents can barbecue carefree while children play.
This unusual villa is located on the main road, about 250m from the beach. The first market is 350m away from the villa, and the town center is at a distance of 750m.
It offers double, triple, and quadruple studios located on the low ground floor, first, or second floor. Two double studios are on the low ground floor (2 Bed Studio, Semi-based), and two double studios (2 Bed Studio) are on the first floor. One regular triple studio (3 Bed Studio) is on the first floor, while two luxury triple studios (3 Bed Studio, Lux) are on the second floor. One quadruple studio (4 Bed Studio) is located on the first floor.
Double studios in the basement have a double bed and a folding armchair. Double studios feature a double bed, triple studios (both regular and luxury) have a double and a single bed, and the quadruple studio has a double bed and bunk beds.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, internet, hairdryer, kitchen, bathroom, and a terrace. Kitchens are sparsely equipped for cooking, only light meals can be prepared, without frying. They have a stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a small fridge. All bathrooms have a enclosed shower with a curtain. The terraces have a seating set and a sunshade, with a view towards the sea or the garden. Only luxury studios have two terraces, one pass-through with curtains and another private one with a sunshade. Bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is done every two days. Laundry service is available at an extra charge.
The courtyard surrounding the house is fenced, spacious, tastefully landscaped with plenty of greenery and flowers. In the front part, there are pergolas, a barbecue, and toys for children, while the rear part is used for parking. On the top floor of the house, there is a terrace with two seating sets that all guests can use.
Villa Doxa is easy to find as it is located on the main road in Sarti. Coming from Vourvourou, it is on the right side, immediately after the Hotel Vamvinis. Clearly marked, it is impossible to miss.
The kind owners have made an effort to transform the villa into a temporary home for their guests, so this is an accommodation that will surely not disappoint you!
