Our description

Surrounded by the beautifully landscaped yard, with plenty of toys for children, villa Doxa offers an unforgettable holiday to families who decide to visit Sarti. There is a private parking, and the courtyard is fenced, so parents can carelessly grill while their children are playing.

This unusual villa is located on the main road, about 250m away from the beach. The closest supermarket is at 350m and the city center is 750m away.

It consists of two triple studios and a quintuple apartment on the low ground floor, two double, a quadruple, a triple and two luxury triple studios on the first and second floor.

Triple studios on the low ground floor have a double bed and a sofa bed. The quintuple apartment has a double bed in the bedroom, and in the room with a kitchen two sofas, from which ones one is a folding sofa. Double studios have one double bed, triple studios have one double and a single bed, and the quadruple studio has one double bed and two bunk beds.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, internet, hairdryer, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Kitchens are fully equipped, with hotplates, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and small refridgerator. Only the apartment has a big refrigerator. All bathrooms have a shower tray with curtain. Balconies are equipped with sitting set and parasol, with a view towards the sea or the yard. Only the luxury studios have two balconies, one shared balcony with curtains and the other, private one, with a parasol. Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, are done every two days. It is possible to use the laundry service with an extra charge.

The courtyard surrounding the house is fenced, spacious, decorated with taste and wit a lot of greenery and flowers. In the frontyard, there are gazebos, barbecue and toys for children, and in the backyard, there's a parking lot. On the last floor of the house, there is a balcony with tables and chairs that can be used by all guests.

Villa Doxa is easy to find because it is located on the main road in Sarti. From the direction of Vourvourou, it is located on the right side, right after the hotel Vamvinis. It is clearly marked, so it is impossible to miss it.

The friendly owners have tried to convert the villa into a temporary home of their guests, so this is a place where you will certainly not be disappointed!

Welcome to the beautiful and picturesque Sarti, a small taste of paradise eagerly awaits you. Villa Doxa is an oasis ready to offer you peace and tranquility. We are a traditional lodge offering an Asian Minor flavor coupled with our own personal touch.

Our rooms and apartments which bear names from Asia Minor incorporate the atmosphere of that bygone area. Cleverly designed, they offer the comfort you require, thereby ensuring unforgettable moments, and lashing memories. We have a wide vanity of rooms, ranging from double rooms to family rooms and even for larger families. The views from the rooms are seaside views, mountains views and our lovely garden view.
