Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Experience a relaxing stay in our charming complex of 10 houses, each with an area of 60 m², capable of accommodating up to 6 guests. Perfectly situated near Kalyves beach, these houses provide an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for communal meal preparation, a living room with 2 sofa beds for additional guests, a bedroom with 2 single beds, ideal for children or friends, and a bathroom.
The first floor features another bedroom, a cozy room with a double bed and an en-suite WC.
Fresh linens and towels, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV are provided for your entertainment. An outdoor washing machine is available for an additional fee of €10 per wash, while room cleaning is done every 3 days (additional cleaning available for €60).
Enjoy the communal garden, with a barbecue available upon request. Ample parking is directly accessible in front of the property.
Kalyves beach is only 70 meters away, boasting soft sandy shores, perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Indulge in the nearby taverns and beach bars for refreshments and local cuisine. A supermarket is located 550 meters away, with the nearest restaurant at 200 meters. The airport is 80 km away.
