Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Experience a relaxing stay at our charming complex of 10 houses, each 60 m² in size, accommodating up to 6 guests. Perfectly located near Kalyves Beach, these houses provide an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends.
The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals together, a living room with two sofa beds for additional guests, one bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends, and a bathroom.
The first floor offers another bedroom, a comfortable space with a double bed, and an en-suite WC.
Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV for entertainment. An outdoor washing machine is available for use at an additional charge, and room cleaning is carried out every three days (extra cleaning is available upon request for a fee).
Enjoy the shared garden, with a barbecue available upon request.
Ample parking is available directly in front of the building.
Kalyves Beach is just 70 meters away, offering soft sandy shores perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Explore nearby tavernas and beach bars for refreshments and local cuisine. A supermarket is 550 meters away, while the nearest restaurant is only 200 meters from the property. The airport is located 80 km away.
