Accommodation description
Stavros Rooms and Apartments is located in the first row by the sea in new Sarti, offering a magnificent sea view. It is situated in an ideal location, close to everything yet very peaceful.
The beach is right across from the accommodation, only separated by a street. The center of Sarti is about 400m away, and the nearest shop is at 30m.
It consists of triple and quadruple studios (25m2), as well as apartments (45m2) that can accommodate 4-5 persons. Triple studios have one double and one single bed, while quadruple studios have one double bed and bunk beds. The apartments feature two double beds, one in the bedroom and the other in the kitchen area.
Two quadruple and two triple studios are located in the basement and have a table with chairs in front of the entrance. On the high ground floor, there are two apartments, while on the first floor, there are triple and quadruple studios and one apartment, and on the second floor, there are two triple and one quadruple studio. All these units have a terrace.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV with satellite channels, hairdryer, as well as a kitchenette with two hot plates, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
Pets are welcome upon agreement with the owner.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, along with the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every four days. There is also a laundry service available at an extra charge.
The house does not have a yard or private parking, but it is possible to park in front of the accommodation.
The easiest way to reach the accommodation is to turn towards Sarti at the football field and continue straight down the street until you reach the sea, then turn left. You will see the house 300m later, on the left side.
Stavros Rooms and Apartments is an excellent choice for those who wish to spend their vacation in a peaceful part of town, yet close to the center and right by the sea.

A lovely accommodation, clean, located across from the beach with a beach bar, peaceful, less than a 10-minute walk to the center, and a well-stocked store nearby.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged.
