Hotel Description

Stavros Rooms and Apartments is an accommodation located in the first row to the sea in the new part of Sarti, so it has a wonderful sea view. Its location is ideal because it’s near to everything, yet peaceful.

The beach is located right across from the accommodation, separated only by a street. The center of Sarti is about 400 m away, and the nearest shop is 30 m away.

The property consists of triple and quadruple studios (25 m²), as well as apartments (45 m²) that can accommodate 4–5 people. The triple studios have one double bed and one single bed, while the quadruple studios feature one double bed and bunk beds. The apartments have two double beds: one in the bedroom and the other in the room with the kitchen.

Two quadruple studios and two triple studios are located in the basement and have a table with chairs in front of the entrance. On the first floor, there are two apartments, one triple studio, and one quadruple studio, while on the second floor there is one apartment, two triple studios, and one quadruple studio. These accommodation units have a balcony.

Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, satellite TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchenette equipped with two hotplates, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a coffee machine.

Pets are welcome upon agreement with the owner.

Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is carried out every four days. A laundry service is also available at an additional charge.

The property does not have a yard or private parking, but parking is possible in front of the building.

The easiest way to reach the accommodation is to turn toward Sarti at the football field and continue straight down that street until you reach the sea, then turn left. You will see the house 300 m later, on the left-hand side.

Stavros Rooms and Apartments is an excellent choice for those who want to spend their holiday in a quiet part of town, yet close to the center and right by the sea.

A lovely accommodation, clean, located across from the beach with a beach bar, peaceful, less than a 10-minute walk to the center, and a well-stocked store nearby.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
