Sithonia Lodge is a complex of holiday homes located in Sithonia, the second leg of Halkidiki Peninsula.
All Homes are super comfortable. Most of them are one-floor bungalows and provide a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with one or two comfortable sofa beds and a nice terrace with plenty of grass open space in front of it for the kids to play. There is also a three-floor holiday home called Artemis that can accommodate up to 9 adults.
The accommodation features free WiFi and free private parking.
Fitted with a patio, the units offer air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. There is a seating and a dining area in all units.
The accommodation is pet friendly. Extra charge for pets applies.
The beach near the accommodation is natural beach with sand and pebbles.

Medium Holiday Home is comfortable, 67 sq. meter, 1-floor holiday home with a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and terrace with plenty of grass open space for the kids to play. Sleeps max of 5 adults or 2 adults and 3 children: one double bed in the bedroom and two comfortable sofa beds in the living room. There are 2 units of this type.
Artemis Holiday Home is comfortable, 140 sq. meter, 3-floor holiday home with three separate bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and private terrace. Sleeps max of 9 adults or 2-3 families: 1st bedroom: 1 double and 2 single beds, 2nd bedroom: 1 double bed (with the possibility of adding a foldable bed), 3rd bedroom: 1 double and 1 single bed. There is only one unit of this type.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, molim Vas za raspolozivost smestaja, od polovine jula do polovine avgusta da bude check in, za 14 noci ili manje. Dvoje dece (6 i 8) i dvoje odraslih. Hvala unapred!
