Hotel Description

Mary’s Apartments is located in the very center of the city of Argostoli, the capital of the island of Kefalonia, built in Venetian style. At 120m there is a port from which ferries depart to Lixouri, the second largest city on the island, and within walking distance are the central square, promenade, numerous shops, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, as well as a museum, library, theater, and open-air cinema. In the port is also one of the main tourist attractions of this place, the Caretta-Caretta turtles that you can observe daily from the shore, and 2.4km from the city, there is a tourist attraction known as Fanari, or the Lighthouse of Saint Theodore, as well as Fanari Beach. Some of the famous beaches of Kefalonia, such as Makris and Platis Gialos, are a ten-minute drive away.

There are three apartments, two of which are located on the first floor and one on the second floor of a building without an elevator, and are intended for up to four people. They include a living room with a kitchen and dining area with a sofa for two people, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Only in one apartment on the first floor, for an additional fee of 20€ per day, an extra folding bed with a 10cm mattress can be added for a fifth person.

Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot and a high chair can be added.

Within these air-conditioned apartments, with an independent cooling unit in the living room and bedroom, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, toiletries, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a small oven, two hotplates, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker.

Guests can enjoy a side sea view from the balcony, which is equipped with seating furniture.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done after three days.

Guests can park in the surrounding streets or at a public parking lot located 180m away from the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
