The Chain Well House is located in the peaceful town of Metamorfosi, in an excellent location, 1000m from the beach. It is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with plenty of greenery, creating a perfect environment for relaxation and enjoyment, ideal for family or friends’ stays.

This spacious and comfortable maisonette, arranged on two levels, accommodates up to six adults, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. The ground floor features a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom, while the first floor has another living room, an additional bedroom, and another bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with French beds, and the living rooms have single sofas.

A baby crib is available upon request, included in the price.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has air conditioners on the first floor in the living room and one of the bedrooms, guests have access to free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, and a coffee machine.

On the veranda and the spacious balcony, furnished with seating sets, guests can enjoy the view of the beautifully landscaped garden.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation, as well as changing the bed linen and towels, which are provided every five days during the stay, is done by the guests themselves.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 25% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
