Stefania Studios in Neos Marmaras can be an excellent choice for all those who crave for real vacation, on the walking distance from all amenities. As special conveniences of this accommodation stand out spaciousness of accommodation units, elevator, use of common washing machine free of charge, spacious balconies with sea view, calmness of the place and kindness of the owners. It offers studios for two to four persons and apartment for four persons.
Stefania Studios is only 300m away from the Paradisos beach, 750m away from the city center, and 400m away from the pharmacy and shops.
Accommodation is consisted of five studios (22-25m2) for two, three or four persons and one apartment (45m2) for four persons. All accommodation units are on the third floor, have wonderful sea view from the spacious balcony separated by the small wall, with sitting sets.
Double studios have two merged single beds, triple have a double and a single bed or two merged and one more separated single bed, while quadruple studios have one double bed and one folding sofa, double bed size. Studios have kitchen equipped with hot plate, fridge with freezer compartment and dishes.
Apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and two folding sofas in the living room with kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine and necessary dishes. From the both rooms of the apartment you can enter the balcony.
All accommodation units have modern mosquito nets, TV, air conditioning and little bit narrow bathroom with an edged showering space. Internet signal is not always strong and it can happen that it disappears when many users are connected to it, so you should have that in mind if you need a strong internet signal.
Cleaning, as well as replacement of the bed linen and towels is done after every three nights.
Accommodation has a rocky courtyard which is not suitable for sitting.
On the entrance to Neos Marmaras turn to the street Akopoleos and go straight around 770m and on the twist towards the sea you will see Stefania Studios.

The Studios have all the modern comforts, with a carefully care and cleanliness, for summer and winter vacations. Studios Stefania located 150m away from Paradissos beach, 50m from the camping Marmaras and 300m from the central square of the village. Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Trokrevetni apartman je vrlo mali, samo terasa je nesto sto vredi za taj novac. Kupatilo izuzetno malo, pritisak vode jako los tako da nikako ne mozete da se istusirate a da voda nije ili pretopla ili hladna. Od kuhinje nema nista sto bi s reklo da je kuhinja. Bukvalno sirina kuhinjskog dela je jedan metar u koji je uglavljen i mali frizider. Reso sa 2 ringle stoji na sudoperi.Pogled sa trase je nesto sto oduzima dah . Ceo studio u kome su 3 kreveta zajedno sa kuhinjom i kupatilom ne verujem da ima vise od 18m2, bukvalno 3 osobe ne mogu da se krecu u isto vreme.

Postovani, potreban nam je smestaj u periodu 25.06.-05.07.2018. godine, ukupno 10 nocenja. U pitanju su 3 odrasle osobe i jedno dete od 5 godina. Potrebno nam je nesto sto ima odvojenu spavacu sobu + dnevi boravak sa lezajem za dvoje. Da li imate to i koja je cena u trazenom periodu.
