Accommodation Thalassokipos Studios is situated in a very interesting location, on a hill from which you can have a wonderful view of the sea, Vourvourou, and the Mount Athos.

The sandy beach is at 80m. Only 4km away from the Thalassokipos Hotel there's a small town-port Ormos Panagias, famous for offering fresh fish in taverns. In this place, you can provide yourself with fruits and vegetables, as well as groceries. The hotel has a small sandy beach 80m from the accommodation.

It consists of five double studios (20m2), three triple studios (20m2), as well as three suites.

Double studios are on the first floor and triple are on the ground floor. On the first floor, there's a special apartment with a double bed and a folding sofa bed. It's specially designed for nice and romantic moments during summer vacation and it also has a beautiful terrace with a wonderful sea view.

All rooms have wireless internet, phone, safe, satellite television, air conditioning, a bath and a shower with a hydro massage, hair dryer, shower cosmetics, completely equipped kitchen, electric boiler, fridge, coffee machine, free parking, and fantastic sea view. Suites also have LCD TV (32 inches), DVD player, bathrobes and slippers. Bathrooms have a shower with hydro massage or Jacuzzi.

All the units are cleaned every day, and the replacement of sheets and towels is done every three days.

The yard is spacious, mostly paved and fenced with enough space for parking.

You also have the possibility to discover other beautiful beaches and coves in the surroundings because there is plenty of them.

The hotel is 110km away from Thessaloniki, and the center of Nikiti is hardly 12km away. There you can find a great number of restaurants, taverns, stores, promenades, souvenir shops.

Thalassokipos is the hotel that will fill your vacation with moments to cherish for life. Built amphitheatrically on a hill surrounded be the sea, the hotel has spectacular view to the isles of Vourvourou with Mount Athos dominating in the background as well as direct access to the blue sea in front of the building.

Thalassokipos was fully renovated in the spring of 2014 with taste and aesthetics that highlight the natural environment. During your staying in our rooms and suites you will feel the stress go away and your soul to rejoice.

Hotel Thalassokipos offers five double rooms (20m2), three triple rooms (20m2) and three special suites. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Sheets and towels are changed every three days.

Sea View Suites (35-45m2­­­) can host up to four persons. They have one double bed and one sofa which can be turn into another double bed. All suites have excellent view to the sea and the islands of Vourvourou, Jacuzzi or hydro massage, satellite plasma TV 32'' and mix and match decoration in harmony with colors of the environment of the location!

Triple Rooms (25m2­­­) can host up to three persons. They have one double bed and one sofa which can be turn into another bed.

Double Rooms (20m2)­­­ can host up to two persons and have one double bed.

You can have a beautiful time in the sandy beach of the hotel (80m) or explore the spectacular sea shores of Sithonia, all very close to the hotel. Alternatively, you can rent a boat in Vourvourou and discover the hidden beaches among the isles of Diaporos, Ampelitsi, Peristeri..

The hotel is 100km from the airport of Thessaloniki and 110km from the city itself. In the town of Nikiti, 10 min from the hotel (12km), you can find restaurants, tavernas, daily press, street market on Fridays. 4km from the hotel is the little harbor of Ormos Panagias which is well known for the fresh fish. There you can also find fresh fruits and vegetables, meat store, etc.
