Atlantis Studios is an ideal accommodation for a family of four. We stayed in a five-bed apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is spacious, clean, and the furniture is new and modern. There is ample parking space available. Destenika is a special beach that will make you feel like it is entirely yours. It is never crowded, and the sea is always as clear as glass. A special greeting to brother Thanos, one of the kindest receptionists we have encountered in Greece so far.

We had a studio with a beautiful sea view and we were very satisfied. It has been renovated and everything is new. The accommodation is small, but it is very well arranged. The location is excellent.

This accommodation was perfectly suited to my needs. Everything was exactly as described on the website. The gentleman at the reception was extremely courteous. The apartments are cleaned every fourth day and are very tidy. The courtyard is spacious, and the cars are parked in the shade. The beach is beautiful, and there is always enough space.

We stayed in a quadruple studio that measured 16m2, despite the description claiming it was larger. The bathroom was likely cleaned before the season, but we had to replace the curtain as it was moldy. The yard is vast and excellent, and the beach is very close, which are two significant advantages.

The room is small, the bathroom even smaller, but it has everything necessary. The terrace is large and beautiful, just like the yard; for families with small children, the space is quite satisfactory, and the kids enjoyed it. The internet connection is very poor. The location is excellent as it is close to the most beautiful part of the beach in Toroni, just a five-minute walk away. To reach the town center, one must drive. We had a wonderful time despite all the flaws that are essentially insignificant. The staff is extremely friendly.

The staff is courteous, and the courtyard is beautifully arranged. There is a fantastic beach nearby. I plan to return next year as well.

The studio we stayed in was of average size. It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It was clean and tidy. Every third day, the room was cleaned, and towels and bed linens were changed. All the staff who were present during our stay, including the owner, were extremely kind and accommodating, providing us with all the information we needed for our stay in Greece as well as for exploring nearby places and beaches. All recommendations for accommodation are highly commendable. The beach is nearby, and we enjoyed every day we spent there.

The photographs revealed a charming apartment, conveniently located near the beach, prompting us to make a reservation. Its prime location, just outside Toroni, ensures that the beach remains free from crowds. This lovely, safe, sandy beach is perfect for families with children. Unfortunately, there is a lack of infrastructure on the beach itself: no showers, bar, chairs, or loungers, and no sun umbrellas. There are also no trash bins, so we carried our waste back to the apartment each day. Regrettably, there are no trees to provide shade either. Therefore, be sure to bring an umbrella with you, or purchase one (or two) in Toroni, as you will definitely need it. Additionally, the path to the beach is essentially an old drainage canal, rather than a proper walkway. If I were the owner of Atlantis, I would certainly urge the local authorities to cover it and create a proper footpath to the beach, along with placing some trash bins along the way. The apartment itself was approximately 35m2, comprising a main room with a double bed and a small kitchen, and a smaller room with two smaller beds (presumably for children), making it spacious enough. There is a large patio outside the apartment, furnished with a table and four chairs, where meals will be enjoyed, as there is no room inside for a dining table. The bathroom features the smallest shower I have ever encountered and requires some renovation, but it was adequate. The entire apartment was clean, as was the surrounding area of the property. Cleaning and sheet changes occurred every third day or upon request. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. There is also free parking available for guests. I missed having a bar, just to grab a coffee or a beer after a long day at the beach. There is a bar/reception/information area and two large grills available for free use, but no drinks or anything else were offered by the property.

The accommodation is situated very close to a beautiful and uncrowded beach. The studio is rather small, but there is ample seating space outside. However, there is a lack of privacy. The internet connection is quite poor.

The accommodation is quite decent, clean and tidy, with very friendly staff. There is a large grill and a nice seating area in the yard, separated from the hustle and bustle, yet just a minute's drive from shops and restaurants. All in all, it's quite satisfactory.

When I made the reservation on the website, I chose a double bedroom, thinking it was in the main house (I was careful not to select the bungalows). However, we ended up in a bungalow. The accommodation is not terrible, but it certainly does not justify the nearly 800 euros price tag. The window in the back room was broken and could not be closed. Although we requested repairs twice, nothing was done by the last day. We kept our more valuable items in the car, while leaving the rest in the rooms. The apartment is essentially fine, but the second (back) room has a slight musty smell and the noise from the air conditioning units in the neighboring apartments is quite intrusive. At times, it is impossible to sleep. The bathroom is too small; 1m2 is already too much to describe its size. A larger person (like my husband, who is 2m tall and weighs 100kg) cannot shower comfortably. It is extremely cramped. The wifi is dreadful; in my opinion, it is disrespectful to provide internet at 1mb for over 20 rooms and at least 50-60 guests. For me, internet is not crucial, but considering the number of mosquitoes that made sitting on the terrace impossible, the only remaining entertainment is the internet. 1mb is simply an insulting speed in this day and age. Is it really so expensive to set up a decent internet connection, just so you can send a picture? As for the beach, Destenika is beautiful. Regarding the path to the beach, do not be deceived by the picture; you do not cross a meadow to reach the beach, but rather next to that meadow, there is a drainage canal where rainwater flows, meaning you can only go to the beach if it is dry, or you must walk about a hundred meters to the beach bar and enter the beach through there. We certainly will not be returning here. The price/quality ratio is not good.

We left Atlantis Studios feeling satisfied. It is the perfect place for relaxation. Highly recommended! Greetings to Dimitru!

The comfort is quite solid and typical for rooms rented in Greece. The location is excellent, with the beach being just 50 to 100 meters away. The facilities for children are good, featuring a large fenced yard and two playgrounds. The staff and services are a story in themselves, and as far as I'm concerned, they are top-notch; we received everything we needed, including extra bedding and dishes we accidentally broke. Additionally, guests are provided with honey and a washing machine that can be freely used. What sets this place apart from others is the tranquility, the surrounding forest, and the children's playgrounds, as well as the morning walk to Toroni (1 km) along the sea and pine forest.

The accommodation is more or less as depicted in the photos; the kitchen is identical, while the beds in our room were slightly different, but that’s about it. What is not visible in the pictures is that there is almost no space in the room. If you are traveling with a small child and a baby and need to set up a portable crib, as well as requiring a three-bed apartment, be prepared to find only two to three steps of space between the beds, kitchen, and bathroom. This was a bit inconvenient for us, as the children are small and restless, and we constantly worried they might get hurt while in the room, as wherever they went, they bumped into the bed, the table, or some edge of something. Fortunately, we did not spend much time in the apartment. I would also like to draw attention to future guests to insist on cleaning the apartment, because if you do not insist that they come to wipe down surfaces, change the linens, and bring new towels during your stay, you might find that they only come once, and that’s it. It takes just a few minutes to get from the apartment to the beach, which is beautiful, calm, sandy, and has a café and restaurant, a significant advantage. The yard is also huge, with a playground for children, and you have your own parking space literally right by the entrance to the apartment. The accommodation is affordable, we had a wonderful time, and we didn’t spend much, so overall we are satisfied.

After spending ten days in these apartments, I can only praise them and certainly add them to the list of places I would rent again. Generally, we prefer to be located outside of populated areas, so the location just one kilometer from Toroni was perfect for us, especially since the beach was only a two-minute walk away, which we also favor. The yard is spacious and beautiful, with more than enough parking spaces available (and very comfortable ones at that). The children's playground is decent, and from our large terrace, we had a direct view of the playground, allowing us to watch the kids while enjoying our coffee. The accommodation is typically Greek; our apartment was sufficiently spacious, although some guests did not like the size of the studio, but in my opinion, it is more or less standard. All in all, a good accommodation next to a large and beautiful sandy beach where there are never more than 50 people, so for those who enjoy such beaches, Destenika will be more than enough.

We spent 10 days in Atlantis as three families with two children each, and it was truly fantastic. The beach, accommodation, and location were wonderful. The owner of the property is an exceptional man, available almost 24 hours a day. We highly recommend it, especially for families with young children.
