Magda Rooms is a beachfront accommodation in Neos Marmaras, close to the city beach. It’s renovated, comfortable and tidy, with accommodation units equipped with new furniture, offering a beautiful panoramic sea view. Privileged and one of the most beautiful and vibrant locations makes all amenities easily accessible to its guests.

Beautiful and sandy, the city beach is about 150m away. Almost all of the rich offer and the center are concentrated at less than 500m, with supermarkets, tourist shops, bakeries, pastry shops and restaurants. The Paradissos beach is about 2km away.

In the offer are six accommodation units - four studios for 2-4 people and two apartments for 4-5 people.

Two double studios (13m2) have one double bed, a triple studio (15m2) has one double and a sofa bed, while the quadruple studio (30m2) is fitted with one double bed and two single beds for children. The quadruple apartment with two bedrooms (35m2) has one double bed in the bedroom and two smaller single beds in the other room. The quintuple apartment with two bedrooms (50m2) has one double and a sofa size of a standard single bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other one.

One double studio is set apart from other accommodation units. The first floor is as a matter of fact high ground floor, eight steps above street level - and two double studios and the quintuple apartment is located on it, which is rented as quadruple one too. The quadruple apartment is on the second floor, while triple and quadruple studios are on the third floor.

All units have a TV, internet, hair dryer, edged showering area with curtain, air conditioning, mosquito nets and a balcony with sea view, sitting set and laundry dryer. The studios in the kitchen have one hotplate, a smaller refrigerator with freezer compartment and necessary utensils, and separate kitchens in the apartments have two hotplates, a larger refrigerator with freezer compartment and cookware. Bed linen and towels are replaced every 2-3 days. Pets are not allowed, and accommodation is open every year since March.

Aside from the concreted patio in the shadow, in front of the house, Magda Rooms has no yard and guests can park their cars in the surrounding area. In addition, there’s an elementary school at 150m from the accommodation, which during the summer months is used as free parking for tourists.

You will find this accommodation right on the coast, going from the second central square to the city beach.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
