One of the most popular accommodations for Skala PotamiaNina Studios is a beautifully decorated and meticulous accommodation, not far from the city center. Private parking and a barbecue are at guests' disposal. The owners are very friendly and they make sure their guests spend an unforgettable vacation.
Accommodation is located on the main road, about 400m from the beach and 300m from the center of Skala Potamia.
It consists of two buildings. In the first building, closer to the main road, there are two studios on the floor with a great sea view. Just behind this building, there is another one, with seven studios (25m2) and an apartment (35m2), arranged on three floors. Two studios are on the ground floor, three studios are on the first, and the apartment and two studios are on the second floor.
Studios have two single beds and one extra bed that is drawn under the existing beds, so they can accommodate three people. Studios are air conditioned, have TV, safety deposit box and hairdryer.
Apartment consists of a bedroom with two single beds and an extra bed that is drawn under it, and the living room with sofa bed for two children, well equipped kitchen, a dining table, bathroom and air conditioning.
The balconies are spacious and include dryer rack, while the mosquito nets are located in just three units.
Cleaning, changing of sheets and towels is done every three days.
The yard is paved and well decorated, with lots of flowers and various ornaments.
Within the accommodation, guests can use barbecue and a shared kitchen. Everyone has been provided with the parking spot and the internet, and if necessary, guests can use washing machine free of charge. Accommodation is at only three minutes walk from restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.
When you get off from the ferry in Limenas, follow the road to Panagia and Potamia. After about 7km you'll reach Panagia, pass the center of the village and follow the road to Potamia. Drive through Potamia and continue straight ahead. You'll pass by BP petrol station, then EKO petrol station and after about 100m you'll get to the supermarket. Nina Studios are next to the supermarket.
If you want a decent accommodation, close to the beach, promenade, shops and other facilities offered by Skala Potamia, Nina Studios could be a good choice.

Nina is located in a quiet location near the heart of Skala Potamia where you can find plenty of options to keep your stay on Thassos relaxing and entertaining. Our studios are fully equipped to give you the best self-catering holiday on Thassos.
All of our studios have a fully-equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, television, air conditioning, private bathroom, and private balcony or veranda. For those wishing to have a barbecue, we have a grill and plenty of shaded outdoor seating where you can enjoy food and company with your friends.
We are near supermarkets, restaurants, cafe-bars, and the wonderful sandy beach in Skala Potamia.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Zdravo. Zainteresirana sum za rezerviranje na Nina studio vo periodot od 01.08 do 09.08 za familija so 2 vozrazni i dve deca(10 i 3 godini ) . Dali 3 bed studio odgovara? Kolku kreveti ima dostapno vo ova studio?Se nadevam na brz odogovor za da moze da rezervirame

Bili smo prošle nedelje u ovom smeštaju. Domaćini su bili preljubazni. Čistili su sobe svaki dan. Zamena peškira i posteljine na 3 dana. Studio u kom smo bili je imao sve što je bilo navedeno u opisu i sve je funkcionisalo kako treba. Gazde su uvek tu ako vam nesto dodatno zatreba da izadju u susret, ali su bili totalno nenametljivi. Preko puta je njihov maslinjak u kom gosti parkiraju automobile. Strogo preporučujem boravak na ovom mestu. Mi ćemo sigurni ići opet. ( Da ne zaboravim, usled kvara automobila jedan dan smo kasnili u smestaj, sacekali su nas bez problema taj jedan dan a bili su voljni da čekaju i dva dana ako treba i da čuvaju studio iako su po pravilu mogli da zadrže depozit i usled nepojavljivanja da izdaju smeštaj nekom drugom.

Toplo preporucujem Nina studio jer je osoblje profesionalno, prijatno, objekti su besprekorno cisti, posteljina i peskiri se menjaju svaka3 dana. Ovi apartmani su u drovistu domacina gde on zivi sa porodicom, prijatna atmosfera, dvoriste prelepo uredjeno, do plaze nemate ni 200m. Sve preporuke za porodice sa decom. Mi smo obisli dosta plaza i posetili dosta mesta ali nama se iskreno najvise svidela Skala Potamia i Golden Beach. Lepa je i Mermerna plaza i Giola.
